A União de Freguesias da Guia, Ilha e Mata Mourisca, através do seu Presidente (Gonçalo Ramos) tem o prazer de comunicar o lançamento da App "GIMM Mobile".A App disponibiliza um leque de possibilidades de interação entre os Cidadãos e a União de Freguesias, e vice-versa e nesta fase tão delicada, irá contribuir para a aproximação de estratégias de governação adaptadas às necessidades da população. Com recurso a esta solução, os cidadãos têm agora, através dos seus telemóveis, acesso ao pulsar da atividade local em tempo real.
É uma experiência pioneira no sentido de integrar aplicações mobile e sistemas de informação geográfica, utilizando informação uniformizada e georreferenciada na gestão de meios, recursos humanos e serviços de apoio à população (receituário, por exemplo).
A aplicação está a ser concebida para apoiar a Junta durante a pandemia e ser mais um instrumento de gestão e apoio à congregação e união de esforços que visam ajudar os agregados familiares e casos isolados já sinalizados pela Comissão Social da Freguesia e pela União de Freguesias da GIMM.
Ao instalar a aplicação "GIMM Mobile" o Cidadão tira partido do seu smartphone e passa a ter uma maior proximidade de comunicação, registo de pedidos/ocorrências e perceção dos acontecimentos/ opinião global veiculada à União de Freguesias. Por outras palavras, o cidadão passa não só a ter acesso instantâneo à informação mais relevante dos acontecimento à sua volta, mas também uma forma simples de solicitar apoio georreferenciado que facilita a sua rápida localização.
À medida das necessidades, serão acrescentados módulos sendo que, à data do lançamento, constam os seguintes módulos:
