1 ★Not connecting with assistant, and instructions under bebop doesn't seem to apply up android 11 in Samsung note 20. Tried giving feedback in block block help page, but error 404 result. Is this connected to routines and broadcast buttons missing in Google home?
1 ★This is partial copy of google home routines and is much less useful than google home routines, google has wasted time energy and money over development of this application. Even google home routines needs lot of improvement, I have found Amazon Alexa routines much better than google home routines.
3 ★I like it very much. The actions go through the Google assistant though, so it is not that easy to get done what you need. For instance, I couldn't find a way to make sure that one single button sent a text message containing both my location and a personalized text. So, basically, you are restrained to the possibilities of Google Assistant.
2 ★The idea is excellent! We have been waiting for this app for so long... but the app needs a bit of maturity, the buttons take ages to execute the action, I don't see the point to open the assistant after button is pressed, we should have the option to stay on home screen. Sometime app doesn't find the assistant or return an error but the action might be executed anyway. A new version would be appreciated ;)
3 ★Great idea. I love the way the design language comes through. Would rate 5 starts however it just doesn't work on my Pixel 4 XL. The assistant keeps reading things super fast (sounds like a broken tape deck). Reads a whole paragraph in about half a second. Also get an error saying can't reach assistant. After following all advised troubleshooting steps issue still persists.
4 ★Only way i can get shortcut on/off buttons on my phone's homescreen for my smart home items, so the app definitely works as intended. However, this app should either be built in to assistant or Google home. The other annoying thing is every time you press action blocks, it brings up the assistant on your screen. What is the need for this?
3 ★App functionality s great, but why does executing the action need to open the google assistant? Why can't it just happen in the background? If I wanted to open up Assistant why do I need this app? That has all the shortcut buttons anyway. Also please have an option to toggle on/off with the same switch. And I would really like to install this app on my wear os watch, please make that possible.
1 ★Actions do not execute, the assistant window pops up and spins and nothing happens. I tested the action using assistant and it works fine.
2 ★Action blocks would be great if it didn't have to bring up assistant when you use it. Kinda defeats my purpose
1 ★Terrible. Just incredibly stupid. You just type it in instead of saying it. You can't program any actions that you wouldn't just say. Turning off "speak action out loud" doesn't work. Still says the action out loud. Lame. WHY does it go through google assistant instead of just control the devices directly... like a button should?? I just wanted a shortcut or widget button to do one or several things. Back to 3rd parties for real solutions.
2 ★This app could be a game changer in the smart eco system battle, but unfortunately it isn't functional enough yet. You Cannot use it to control smart lighting, plugs and other smart accessories properly. It is a new app but it still needs alot more customisation availability and fine tuning.
1 ★Does not work. Trying to create action to turn off lights but it says the lights have not been set up with Assistant yet, though it is set up in Home and works with Assistant when I use my voice. Also, what would be the point of creating an action block to simply make a call?
