2 ★The app cannot find the light bulb unless you put the phone next to it. It also gets 'confused' if there are too many lights to connect so won't connect - or enables the same control in parallel for all connected light. The app needs development to better recognise the lights at a distance, and to operate lights independently of each other (not together).
4 ★I like the controls and interface. Getting it to work with Google Assistant was a pain. Sometimes it takes an extra few seconds to have the app connect. Overall it gets the job done.
1 ★Lightbulb states that you can use it with a Google Home - without a Bridge. But when I go into the app to connect it to my Home, it just directs to a HUE webpage stating I don't have a Bridge. Either this app / the Google Home app suck or there's false advertising on Philips part. I can control the bulb fine through this app, but I can't connect it to my Home. Useless.
3 ★.ever since the latest update on the the lights absolutely refuse to connect to my google mini for voice commands ... ..... Using multiple lights in one cinima room.. i find the themes nice i wish there was more options its soo fun to change up the feel of the movie

1 ★The app and the bulb connected *once*, at the first time. After that, the connection never happened. Completely unusable. I cannot even report software version of the lamp, as the app does not connect to it!
1 ★Worked okay at first but just totally quit on me a couple days ago. The app wouldn't communicate with google home for months now. Even when that did work it only happened a couple times. Looking for the receipt to these bulbs this weekend going to return the product.

1 ★Expensively poor experience! 6 gu10 bulbs, got them to work once and that was when I first bought them! Now they fail to connect everytime I try to re-connect them! To be honest I don't believe they are fit for purpose especially paying £250 Who's the mug here Phillips!!!
3 ★The app is fine in general. Sometimes a bit slow, but what really bothers me is that I can't group lights. Why won't the app let me put multiple lights in one room so I can dim or brighten them simultaneously. This would be a great addition to the app but until than only 3 stars
1 ★These are the worse smart home light bulbs I've ever had the miserable experience of working with. The app has been "finalizing" the light bulbs update for 3 days now. During this time I have not been able to use them, but the app recommends leaving them on. Big waste of energy. If you want to avoid the headache and lack of support for connecting, I strongly recommend GoSund light bulbs. Easy to connect, better looking colors, and they actually work
