• Not Compatible with Boost Mobile, Cricket, Google Fi and Consumer Cellular don't widely support conditional call forwarding so Call Assistant will not work due to carriers not supporting conditional call forwarding.
Activating and Deactivating our service:
* * * When you Activate Call Assistant, we dial carrier specific codes to forward a missed call to the Call Assistant Voicemail System so we can manage all of your calls, including robocalls, spam and provide you with your visual voicemail in your call log as well as your visual voicemail screen.

5 ★So I stumbled across this app from an ad on Google. Wow! Game changer for me. I am a real estate agent and this has rely helped me manage my customer calls. I can see the voice-mail transcript in my call log for example or when I'm with a customer and get a call I can let them know I'm in a meeting and will get back to them shortly. Yeah!
5 ★~UPDATE~ YEAH!! TS Fixed it. NOW My Call Assistant is Working👍 The app worked fine during thr trial period of seven days. After I paid $49.99 for the year. It stopped working. It tells me to log in but it wont let me. Another screen: gcm registration needed keeps popping up and prevents me from logging in. Ive uninstalled/reinstalled and its still not work. I need the app to work or Refund my Money! Ive had this app a lil over 14 days and its stoppef working already. Not as good as I thought

5 ★This app stops robocalls and solicitors instantly. And so much more. Today after painful dental appt. I took a nap, didn't even hear the phone ring next to me. But woke up to both calls transcribed better than a court reporter could do. I was so impressed I called the FCC, I just had to tell them after being on a do not call list for a decade that didn't work. This app managed to do every they have never achieved. Yes this is the GOLD STANDARD treat yourself to an app that is seamless.

4 ★Customer Service was really responsive and I wish this app complete success! It was a great experience beta testing. I think a few features and theme would really perk up this calling assistantant. I will happily give 5 stars and try the service again once its up and working for Straight Talk/Tmobile users. When the app was working it was really cool 😎. I would say its your best bet for screening all those annoying spam calls and its nice feeling like you have your own assistant. :)
1 ★When this app first came out I had some problems with it but I spoke with one of the developers and he helped me thorugh the issues and it worked great for awhile. Now they made so many changes they have truly screwed up a good thing. I'm deleting this app as it has failed to work. I thought Shaq was involved only with good products but this has become straight garbage. I guess Shaq has left the team. Leave it alone people as it is a huge fail, a pure waste of time.
5 ★Really enjoy the app thus far, I'm with a large local government in Software Dev (DevOps to be precise) and I work remotely and get A LOT of calls throughout the day/evening. This helps me better screen and keep track of calls so I can more effectively manage my time. Only 1 snag with the app - (which literally I had a call back from the developer in less than 24 hrs) was that the voice I selected (male) would revert back to female if the app is closed. They immediately worked on a fix! Awesome
4 ★I had some issues with this app when I started using it and was upset but I received outstanding support response not only from the team but from the founder himself Lonnie Willis who showed real concern about the issues. Most of them were solved with an update and some guidance. I use this app everyday and has made my business extremely effective and efficient. You should give it a try if you have a lot of calls coming to you and you will see the differnce. Thank you for the support Lonnie!!
1 ★Love the app, but hate the pricing. The beta version was completely free, but now they've implemented a rather high pricing model. For someone using this for a business phone, I can't justify to my management spending $70 per year for an app. It would be nice to see the lite version retain the unlimited call screening, unlimited hold music, and button customization rather than 3 credits. Ads would be fine for me if given these features. Otherwise, it makes the lite version is mostly worthless.
1 ★App didn't work for the longest time. I reported issues and my bug reports were ignored. Now that it's fixed and functional, it's now ridiculously expensive. A one time payment would be more reasonable, a subscription is not. Plus literally every carrier has voicemail transcription for free. Just answer your phone calls instead. Very disappointed.
1 ★This app took my phone hostage! No calls could go through. My phone never rang! So I uninstalled it and I still can not get phone calls. I have text a message that says click the link to deactivate and it is a broken link that takes you to really no where. Now when my husband or my employees call my phone it says it is disconnected! If I could give it a -5 star rating I would!
