يستخدم هذا التطبيق لإضافة البلاغات والشكاوي على طرق المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية من قبل المواطنين، حيث تتولى وزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان حسب نظام ((تنظيم وإدارة وزارة الاشغال العامة والاسكان رقم (55) لسنة 1996)) إنشاء وتطوير شبكة الطرق العامة في المملكة وإدامة هذه الشبكة وإبقائها في مستوى فني جيد، كما تعمل الوزارة على رفع مستوى شبكة الطرق وإعتماد الشمولية في عملية التخطيط للطرق وصيانتها ومراقبة جودة هذه الطرق لإدامة وتعزيز متطلبات السلامة المرورية عليها من خلال إنارة هذه الطرق ووضع اللوحات الإرشادية والتحذيرية.وللحد من الحوادث على هذه الطرق فقد وضعت وزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان ضمن أحد اهدافها الرئيسية خطة شاملة سنوية للسلامة المرورية تكون كفيلة برفع درجة الأمان وتعزيز متطلبات السلامة المرورية عليها، وكذلك ضبط الحمولات المحورية حسب الأنظمة لضمان سلامة هذه الطرق.
