Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Don't bother you can't put in your RX the entire point of this app without a yearly sub. Good night.
5 ★high quality.
1 ★"Love that all my meds, allergies, & Dr's info is available here!" That was my initial 5 star review. Now I'd give it 1 star. I wish I could give negative stars. Previously, the best thing about this app was that they had such a great free version that took care of many of my needs. & for someone like me, living on disability, I can't afford to pay for the plus version. We're given no choice. It's upgrade, or the app is utterly useless. This app has just been turned into a money grab.
1 ★Great concept until they decided to charge excessive fees for previously included options.
1 ★Complex app for day to day use. Used a rival because you need full medical term for an illness or health condition when adding information. No thanks.
1 ★Disappointed that out of no where my data was wiped and have to pay to access the app
2 ★Downloaded app, tried to setup my information, and it kept wanting to close.
1 ★Customer service is horrible!
2 ★I had given MyID a good review - now I will have to rescind it. Sigh. The app update has the text not wrapping around, just scrolling off the screen. So there is no way to read the information. It makes the service have no value whatsoever because even if first responders scan, they will be unable to read anything but the first few words in each category. I was happy with MyID - I hope they'll fix this and I can be happy withvthem again.
3 ★Great app. Recommended to keep track of medical information in one place. We use it in our household. Two things to give this a 5 star: -Please add the ability to move the categories around in both the profile view and in the public view. -The family account system is horrible. Everyone has to use a single login when someone buys a family plan. I had to abandon my profile and start a new when a family member signed up for a family plan. Can't link accounts for family members.
