1 ★The new update for batches is horrible. It gives me random batches. it's supposed to let you see details but it goes away very quickly compared to having multiple batches to pick from. It was supposed to make everything better. But it's worse. Now It's hard for me to get a batch that works for me and my car.
1 ★I have 5 stars and I am not seeing batches and reps cannot help or give a reason. I was going well until yesterday when all of a sudden I stopped seeing batches where a friend was continuing to see them. I have been doing instacart for over 3 years and now I am feeling under appreciated. They should stop on boarding people if an area has too many shopers. In addition, if an area is busy with already a lot of shoppers out they should do like doordash and not let everyone else sign in until there
2 ★It's dispiriting to recognize Instacart will do nothing to police the usage of bots. Multiple times now, I have received messages directly from Instacart about available batches while I'm looking at orders on the app and never seen the orders Instacart had messaged me about. It's dispiriting to watch orders disappear in fractions of a second knowing an actual human would not be able to do that. It would be nice if Instacart would just give their present day human shoppers a chance at success.
1 ★I had initially given the app a 5 star review, however, after this latest update I have reduced it to a one star. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every morning for it to work properly. Not doing that means I will not show batches, even though there may be available batches. I will change my star rating once this is fixed.
1 ★This app was great when I started using it a year & half ago however it really sucks now, two weeks ago I saw 50+ batches daily & now lucky to see 20 all day. Idk what y'all did but it's not working. I have a 5 star rating so that's another reason for the hmm what's going on. Also when I log out & log back in I'm not sent a code like before which makes me think maybe my account has been hacked but when you talk with a rep they don't know what's going on they just tell you the same thing🙄 FIXAPP
1 ★Never been less than a 5 star shopper.. can't get a job/batch to save my life . Instacart is BS. they give priority to new shoppers to get them hooked. So they quit their fulltime job maybe even. And then instacart just pulls the rug and gives the experienced veteran shoppers the garbage"LOW PAYING" batches. The algorithm is jacked up. And instacart doesn't care... Speaking before pandemic I used to see 47 or 23 or 32 batches. Now list only shows 1 if I'm lucky!!!! Mostly "NO BATCHES AVAILABLE"
3 ★I LOVE working for Instacart. As a teacher, I needed a flexible way to earn extra money to help pay the bills. I would've given a 5+ review a couple of days ago but since I updated the app, I haven't seen any batches worth the gas. I have a 5 🌟 rating and I have been sitting in the parking lot of some of my preferred stores and I still didn't get any batches. I am seeing lots of batches very far away from me (which I don't understand) but nothing close to me. I hope things go back to normal.
1 ★Rating system is horrible. I go from above average for over a week to below average. It's ridiculous. The week before it kept changing everyday to above/below average. There's been no bad remarks from customers. No missing deliveries/items. Doesn't make any sense.
1 ★One small issue and you aren't getting paid for it. I worked in extreme heat, finished my shopping and then couldn't checkout all my items simply because of the lack of support. You can't call for help and they'll only text you when you have to cancel which happens a lot. Don't waste your time.
2 ★Apo keeps getting worse with each update making it harder for the shoppers. I used to see a few batches at a time all day. Now I see nothing. I'm 5 stars and have been a shoppers for 1.5 years. Why would you not allow seasoned shoppers to get batches and let the new shoppers see them all instead? Please fix the issues. It shouldn't be so hard to get one batch.
1 ★App, constantly glitches and freezes during a shop. Instacart caters to new shoppers giving them all the best batches, and veteran shoppers get nothing. But this is how IC treats 5 star shoppers who worked through the pandemic. Watch Jen-on-the-go video on YOUTUBE, it is called INSTACART DECEIVES AGAIN. If everyone watches this then all questions will be answered about Instacart's new "batch" system. You should be SUED for allowing customers to commit LIBEL against shoppers with false claims.
3 ★One thing they need to fix, is the way they charge someone that wants to shop at a store more than 30min aways from them. They should not pay the same as someone who lives within the stores area. In my opinion, if they want to shop over 30 minutes away, gas, mileage and time should be considered when charging them. Shouldn't be doing an 80 minute round trip and only making 20 dollars. The person didn't even bother to tip.
