1 ★I cannot believe this! I have been having issues with the Amazon app today, along w my friend so idk if this is just another glitch.. But I went to leave a (5 star) review on a purchase, like I usually do & I get a message saying there's unusual reviewing activity on my account. I leave almost all positive reviews w photos. they get the final say on which reviews are posted & my reviews were all removed for what?! I work for Amazon & spend SO much $ on the app. this better be a glitch!
2 ★The convenience is great, prime shipping is ok. I feel like it shouldn't be so much, especially if you can afford to give discounted rates for some people. I hate that your order is charged when it ships making it impossible to keep track of your charges. I want my order charged when I purchase not split into 4 transactions when each ships. Amazon is getting too big and lacking on it's service.
1 ★Extremely slow & buggy app. Freezes upon loading even when connected to wifi. Sometimes won't load at all. Takes me resetting my connection & a fresh cache clear EVERY TIME just to get it to work on a basic level. Even then, it won't load my profile page or order history page to check the status on a current order. You'll have an easier time shopping on Amazon through chrome. They get their money either way so they don't have any insentive on improving this app.
1 ★Shipping times have become more and more unpredictable. If it says "next day delivery" and then "out for delivery" on said day then I expect it to ARRIVE that day. But based on the app my order spent 10 hours on a truck while "out for delivery" and now it says another 2-3 days for delivery. As a small business order this affects my life and livelihood and it would be great if they could provide ACCURATE delivery dates or maybe hire more reliable drivers.
3 ★I have had no problems getting all kinds of things off Amazon. But the past 3 months I'll be lucky if I even get it. Everything from barh bombs to a dress. I have noticed with the items that never come they d Io nt track the orders just says it was shipped but not when it's coming or anything like that then once the day passes where it's supposed to be here to just says running late. There are items that never made it to be that says running late and I have no option to refund it.
1 ★Worst client service in the world. Have misplaced numerous parcels and won't allow you to query it before the delivery date, at which point it is too late to buy something else. No accountability for any mistakes. Basically they just take your money, sit on it for a few months to make interest then after a huge battle refund you for mistakes you told them about ages before. Customer service are basically just there to copy and paste arb nonsense into chats. May as well talk to a wall.
4 ★Fast delivery. The only thing is I hope next time while preparing our orders to ship, they need to ship the items correctly with what we ordered. Or the seller must leave us a message of the item we ordered if unavailable. I ordered the ordinary 10% niacinamide with 1% of zinc . But they gave me the same brand but niacinamide powder .
1 ★I cant use Amazon anymore. The apps navigation is somehow getting worse, and the notifications on items with a lower price are completely random and annoying. There is no notification setting that describes that specific alert and I do not care that a shoe I have never even looked at or ever want to is $10 cheaper. There's no quality control within the marketplace itself and everything I buy is a fake or not worth the money. I'll wait longer for shipping for quality items and buy elsewhere.
1 ★The app hangs way too often since the last several updates have made it bloated, clunky & slow to respond. What happened Amazon? I'm starting to look for alternatives to the app. It's not making shopping very enjoyable when it takes forever to load pictures/scroll through clothing pattern options or check tracking. There's something off about an app that takes you to an ad immediately when you accidentally click on it but won't respond to clicking on anything else without hanging for 30 minutes
2 ★Decent price on various goods. Not always the best price. Garbage feedback system and customer service. The interface for certain aspects is too limiting.(i.e. filing a claim, complaint etc.), Most delivery drivers do not or can not follow simple instructions. Apparently can't read English either. Delivery of your goods in a safe and professional manner is unlikely! Be warned.
1 ★Love Amazon but not this app. Loaded with unwanted recommendations aka ADVERTISING. Shipping email info gives order number but no details, useless when you have loads of orders. Able to search but a nuisance. No Push Notification sound for shipments. App presentation of orders pending and shipped superior to internet, including tracking. Have been Amazon customer since its beginning. App was five star but now only one.
1 ★I pay for prime for the delivery benefits, when a package is supposed to be delivered by a certain day I expect it to show up that day. My sister didn't receive her birthday gift on time, and they think a 5.00$ credit will rectify the problem. Guess I'll be trying out some different online shopping sites from now on. Very very dissapointed to say the least. A billion dollar company, and I get a 5$ credit... SMH. Customer service at its finest.
