2 ★I've received many items that were either spoiled, smashed bread, mashed up boxes for my chicken pies, and things that were very close to expiration (milk) that I didn't use. Bad fruit and vegetables. I just want whoever prepares my order to fix it like they were going to eat it. Have some integrity when you do your job. I'm unable to come in the store and walk, but I'm always very nervous about what condition my order will be in. It's just something all buyers should think about.
3 ★Use to be a good app but now when you scan an item in-store it usually gives an error message of item not available even though I'd be literally in the store holding the item in my hand just trying to get an accurate price. Same thing with Clearance it use to be really accurate with clearance items but now most of the time when you scan them they just read at full price.
5 ★I am a Walmart plus member and I love getting my groceries and goods delivered to my door! it's hassle free for the most part. Occasionally they have messed up an item or two on my order but they are quick to refund whatever was messed up and they also provide me with the discount coupon for my future order. This service has made a huge impact on my well-being and I tell everyone that it's well worth the membership fee to have this convenience in my life. Especially when I'm without a vehicle.
1 ★Where do they hide the order details? I want to see my order and tracking? They made it hard to find it in the app. It is frustrating. They are prioritizing to show you reoder page so that you spend more money. But they want to make it hard to show you the order history so that you don't see invoices and tracking and how much you already spend.
5 ★I love using this app. Something weird began to occur; near the end of November in that it would try to load then blink out. I figured maybe restarting my phone would help. So far, yes, it is working like it should again. 2024.01.03 Haven't been experiencing issues after the initial review/comment was posted. I still use it at home and shopping at Walmart to find something.
1 ★Horrible. Really convenient, but they will charge you 5 times for 1 order!! And getting "customer service " to help correct the over charging takes several phone calls. I called once, they said they'd take care of it and send me an email. No email, no correction. Calledback, nothing but double talk. Checked my bank account, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE 5TH TIME. Don't store your bank or credit card info on the app if you do use it.
1 ★The app was pretty helpful until I went to switch from a monthly membership, to an annual. I canceled my subscription, and went to resume one day later, but I keep getting an error message that they are unable to create the membership at this time.. I have tried to resume my subscription the upwards of 30 times in the past, without success. I have used different cards, different phones, different browsers, and customer service is absolutely no help. I have called them at least 8 times about this

3 ★My last review was to ask for a no bags option and thankfully they have a no bags option now. However, every time I use the app to do a grocery pickup it bugs out. I go from being registered in my spot with my car color on it and then suddenly I'm not registered at all. So something which should have taken 5 minutes to pick up and stop taking 20 minutes because the bloody app doesn't work. Not only that, staff are marking things is delivered before we even receive them, which is really awful.
4 ★The app is easy to use. I appreciate the option of having someone shop for me for various reasons. However, double-check your orders. I have experienced a lot of receiving replacements that I didn't authorize, and when I get home I assume that they chose what I said could be replaced and they will chose the most expensive options I didn't authorize. Luckily, returns/ exchanges are really easy to do.
4 ★Make sure if you don't want any substituted items to and to unlock that before placing any orders. It does not stay set I found out, hence the 4 stars and not 5. If you don't want substitutions make sure to check that off before placing every order because it doesn't stay that way and resets with every order. I found out the hard way. The substitutions are not always the same type that you order.
3 ★Been using the app to get things delivered and using Walmart pay in store and haven't had many problems. What got me recently is I was gonna get a new PC with some accessories. I placed the order, everything is fine, delivery day arrives, and I get all the accessories but no PC. THEY cancelled the PC the night before, sent a useless email. I used Affirm, thinking it's gonna be a $700 bill, but then it becomes $80. I could've just payed with card for $80, or used my points!!! Mildly infuriating.
