1 ★I loved this app at one point. Now it's infested with fake accounts/bots. Why is it so hard to have people verify in order to sell? Be different than these other garbage places like eBay, FB Marketplace, etc. You guys have such an amazing concept going. PLEASE fix it before it catches up to you.
1 ★When this app updated 6/23 it no longer allowed me to select any photos from any album to add a listing. It updated again today 6/25 and nothing. I'm about to delete this and go to another platform even though I've made money! Yes, I'm contacted tech support. They didn't help. They said it's because my albums are on Samsung cloud. Up until the update it worked!!!
4 ★This is definitely the best app for selling items. It doesn't get any easier. The only improvements I can think of would be o add sellers to the search category and give us a delete option for old messages. If those changes are made I will give this 5 star's
1 ★BEST selling app..EVER....until 7/1/21. Can't create a listing because I can't upload photos. Whatever bugs they recently fixed created a major problem. And there is no way to contact Mercari for help or support. No help articles on this topic. Also, no way to send an email asking for technical support because they send you to a matrix for narrowing down your issue before you create an email. Available issues to email about are esoteric and severely limited. More like the "NO Help Center".
2 ★Mercari works fine if everything goes normally. But once you have an unexpected case that needs a hand, no matter as a seller or buyer, their customer service is not helpful. As for the app itself, compatible issue shows up now and then.
2 ★Shipping takes entirely too long. I am still waiting on a purchase I made from someone in California and I live in Washington state and 3 days after ,I ordered something from poshmark from a person in Florida and already got it. Plus shipping tracking never properly updates. Mine still says pending from 5 days ago. Support never replies.
4 ★I like the ease so far and it is cheaper than ebay and posh. I was over on shipping by 2 ounces and was charged an additional 5.99 that was extreme. The shipping rates jump from 5.99 to 12.99. Smh So I received zero money for my $8 sell,infact I ended up oweing money. That really took the wind out of my sails.
5 ★Hands down the best platform. For selling just about anything. I'm into my second year 3 months all readyade over 10000. It's safe. User friendly. The staff is on top of anything said asked and etc. You get stuff mostly in 2 days 3 tops if seller ships that day or next. You can monitor your likes and also your items selling. Send offers. And also receive. Best thing it's not like the big Ebay. They actually investigate claims and are fair and professional. Standing ovation. Only 500 letters😐
1 ★I cannot access any of my photos to create a listing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting phone, updating app... It was working fine yesterday, now just blank folders where my pictures should be. Very frustrating! I see that I am not the only one having this issue.
5 ★This site makes it very easy to list your items, get paid , mail the item and every other aspect of selling online, easy. I've had no trouble, like I do on other sites , getting paid for my items. These people are not greedy, like some of the older bigger companies who do not help their sellers. It will become obvious to anyone that this site IS THE WAY TO.GO WHEN YOU WANT TO SELL ON THE INTERNET. THANKS MERCARI.
1 ★Terrible. I waited weeks for my item to be shipped, messaged the merchant. He said he would ship it the following monday. It never got shipped. I didn't want my money back. I wanted the item I ordered because it was a gift for a special person. This is not my first bad experience with Mercari. I really think this company just scams people. Anytime I've ordered something I've had to get my money back instead of the item. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anybody
1 ★Please fix the upload feature. I have not been able to add any photos from my photo albums to create listings since the last update. Before the last update I had no issues with the app but now it's useless for your sellers. I would've like to comment in the app instead of giving a negative rating but they seem to have taken that feature away.
