2 ★Able to view receipts from previous purchases now, but it doesn't allow you to see the price you paid for some items on previous year receipts and beyond. Online orders do not have a receipt barcode available to use during returns. The app used to show in-store prices far more accurately. Almost everything I purchase is a different price than what is shown on the app... and I verify the location settings when scanning. Very disappointing, since this feature used to work much better.
4 ★Ordering for pick up is easy. Order history is available for online orders, but in-store purchases do not show up even if you use the Lowe's credit card. I think you need some other Lowe's member card. I haven't figured out how that works yet. The app is good to check if they have items in stock before heading to the store. Ordering for pick-up is convenient as well.
1 ★Tried to do Lowe's Pay about 6 times. Every time the credit/loan was approved but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get it to be applied. Ridiculous. Don't offer it if you can't make it happen. Now we're stuck paying full interest, not 15%. I'm so sick of big box stores screwing customers by doing a "bait and switch" with the payment incentives they "supposedly" offer. We'll just pay it off early and they won't get the extra money from us, anyhow... so now I guess THEY'RE going to feel slighted.
1 ★Super buggy. It constantly throws an error and says it can't pull up the cart or that my cart is empty. I go to then readd items to my cart and then I have duplicates of everything. I'll remove the duplicates and then it says it can't access my cart again. I often end up just logging into my PC to order through the website instead.
2 ★Loses my settings constantly, closes without warning, keeps telling me items were added to my cart from another browser/location which forces me to empty my entire cart and re-add the items. When the app FINALLY processed my checkout, it ignored my curbside pickup selection and instead said it would have them available for in-store pickup. Took me almost 15 minutes to make a single purchase. Really frustrating.
2 ★When it works... gets super buggy especially if you keep things in your cart. And then won't let you check out with a ton of back and forth. I have 13 items in my cart and can't view any of it. When i log in they the site, it redirects you to the app- WHICH IS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. I love the app...IF IT WORKS.
1 ★very difficult to tell sometimes what's available in your local store. frequently says available for pickup some days later, so watch that very close. when buying items through the app you may also get a cancelation when a store shows it available with some local employee can't seem to locate the item. Also even when choosing the pick up option ypu may get presented with things you can't even buy, who knows what lowes might have that item, it's really hard to find that out with the app.
2 ★Works OK for order pickups (or used to). New login issues (in the past couple of months) make it hard to really be functional for me. I constantly have to re-login. Also, I often have to reverify and reset my password - sometimes several times in one setting.
1 ★This app used to be more reliable. It asked me to sign in just about every time, it resets after I back out or I get a phone call. I miss the feature to scan the QR code at the register. I've used my company card for many different online purchases through different sites and I can't order through Lowe's site/app due to it stating that my zip code doesn't match the city which is absolutely correct. Please fix these issues. I shop here all the time for personal/work.
3 ★works pretty well, but I have not found a button to go back to the home screen without going back every page I have gone through, or just closing and restarting the app. maybe the button is there, but it is not obvious. also, it took 4 attempts to check out. it kept saying an item was removed from my cart in another browser and I had to go back to my cart to check out. nothing changed, it just worked on the 4th try. searching, inventory, item details,... all pretty good.
5 ★This used to be a great app. My list feature was very useful. Now the my list dos not work. You can put things on the list, the app confirms this but when you open the list the app says there is nothing there and tells you to start a list. Tech support did resolve this issue and now the app works perfectly.
2 ★Used to work, not anymore. It was always a little glitchy, but now when I sign in, a pop-up shows up and informs me there's a technical issue, please try again later. Think I'll just use the website on my laptop and do things the old way; write down what I need, price, part number, and the aisle it's located, though usually it's rarely in the location advertised.
