1 ★This app is a joke. I've ordered alcohol from them 4x & I had a problem for each one. They email UPS tracking info, but the package arrived by FedEx. And it def doesn't get delivered 1-3 days. Try a week. My last order hasn't gotten passed the shipping label being created. I emailed them & I haven't heard back from them. They use 3rd party sellers. Maybe thats the problem. I don't know. What I do know is I had a party & had to go to a local liquor store bc I thought they had fast delivery.
5 ★I love this app!! It's so easy to get the bulk items I need. I recieve everything in a timely manner with no issues! Best of all I dont have to fight the lines at Sam's or Costco! I do see people complaining about the $49.00 a year fee that's for the Boxed Up premium membership. Otherwise its free!!
5 ★Nice app! It saves time & money! The people who left whiny reviews must not know math? Sizes differ per store. For ex, paper towels have big roll, giant roll etc. Walmart has different sizes. Doing math per sheet, Boxed sells cheaper. & Walmart doesn't deliver fresh groceries. You save gas $$ & time! Compared to BJ's/Costco, price may be higher 1 week, but lower at Boxed w/ sales the next. Only thing Boxed needs is more variety. Other than that, customer service= A+ & super convenient app! 4.9☆
5 ★Im in love with Boxed!! I live in a small town that doesn't offer much in the way of bulk shopping, have to drive 70 miles for Sam's club, and that's not always an option. Boxed is fast, comes right to your door, and for great prices and no shipping fees! I just love it!!
1 ★I love this company but hate this app. Half the time it doesn't load and when it does adding things to my cart or favorites list takes forever and it buffers and I never really know if it got added or not. I liked the idea of the "group cart" but when I try to add from it or edit on my app it doesn't work or will say that there's only 5 items, for example, in the cart when my husband can see 20 or more things added. Overall this app is disappointing. I will just use my brower instead.
1 ★Not a Costco replacement. Most of the items have a 50% markup compared to the local wholesale club and limited selection. Very disappointed, I had high hopes for it. Better alternatives are your local Cash and Carry if you want to avoid membership fees at your local wholesaler. Or Costco online if you want a true online experience without the lines.
4 ★The app is very easy to use. It does take more than 3 days for your package to arrive. They say 1-3 days shipping, nonsense. It will take longer to get to your house since they moved their location to NJ instead of GA. Please change it on your front page and take off the 1-3 day shipping because that is incorrect!
5 ★They are more expensive than just driving to Costco. That said, I use this service to send groceries to my elderly father a couple states away who has financial and physical limitations when it comes to shopping. I know he will receive his box of groceries on his porch a couple days after I submit my order.
5 ★Love Boxed! I wish I found it sooner but so glad I found it when I did. At a time when we are trying to stock up in the event the pandemic worsens, and when Costco is weeks behind in shipping, this place is a beacon of light and hope. Awesome service, great selection and quick shipping.
1 ★The app is ok but DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. Quality of their products are terrible. I shopped with them twice and both times I was disappointed. I contacted them to return one of the items because of its horrible quality and I was told to contact the manufacturer. I have never experienced anything like this with any company. Customer service sucks.
1 ★These guys/gals are slow. Restaurant Depot and BJs and Sam's Club are definitely worth paying for and keeping them.... Last time ordering, prices a little higher to 60% higher, 3 days processing and not shipped, wow..... I understand the crisis but eBay and Amazon and Walmart, etc. can do it without issue.!!!!!!!
5 ★Boxed has good deals, super fast shipping, and stellar customer service. My last order was partially damaged in shipping and when i sent an email about it, not only did they respond within minutes but I had a refund within 24 hours. Props, Boxed.
