Når app’en starter bliver brugeren bedt om at indtaste personlige oplysninger, som bliver sendt med i sms’en til alarmcentralen. Udover disse personlige oplysninger bliver brugerens valg gennem app’en, samt telefonens nuværende GPS lokation også sendt med i sms’en.
