5 ★As more and more features have been provided over the years, the UI got somewhat convoluted. Particularly when you reply, the answer is not shown on top of the cascade; so when you scroll up (or down), perhaps because you want to check what was written in the original mail, your text is not easily found again. Still, I like Zoho Mail.
5 ★I cant access any settings on my mobile therefore i cant change my mobile number because the one i have on my account right now i no longer have acess to. So i have the dilema of noy being able to login on a desktop and not being able to do anything on my mobile since there are literally 0 account settings on the app. I have to many important emails on this and i cant login in on my nee phone. Edit: Zoho helped and I am extremely grateful for this. I have full access to the account now. Thanks!
4 ★Pressing the sign in button got me stuck on a spinning circle loading screen. *Edit* Turns out I needed to switch my default browser to accommodate their app. Weird but it works okay now
2 ★Mails aren't getting auto updated in my new s23 ultra, no notifications too.. Wasn't an issue in my old phone, unsure what's the problem! It is very annoying as my all official email addresses are on zoho!
5 ★I had an issue with the Zoho mail app and submitted a negative review. I got a very rapid response from Zoho and the problem has been resolved. Excellent customer service.
5 ★We cant Copy text or email Id in Mobile App. which is worst Edition - Thanks for the guidance. Copy Text wasn't enabled. Changed rating from 2 to 5 !
2 ★Set up was easy. I like the CRM feature. However, I can't get any e-mails to go out. I keep getting a message saying it couldn't be sent. I have done test runs using my personal e-mail, and they just won't go through. The only one I was able to send out went straight to the spam folder. I'm going to give it a little more time, but if I can't get it to work I'll have to find something else.
4 ★The app is great, with good professional mail service, even in the free version. The calendar is too simple, so I prefer to use the own Calendar app, but overall, it is good, I'm linking using it.
1 ★if you call to cancel, the reps , that don't speak English, hang up on you. you have to go through a difficult and purposefull process to look up your account they are too stupid and lazy to be able to do it
5 ★By far one of the smoothed mail apps. Been using for an alt email and has worked out great. It even has the ability to delete emails from the pull down screen which I love.
1 ★Notification doesn't work which is causing delay in update on emails and also it takes lot of time refreshing even on a good wifi network.
5 ★There are a couple little bugs that need to be resolved with the chrome-based Zoho email. Specifically when running multiple tabs and switching from tab to tab. If you cut and paste anything into a web-based email in Chrome, most times it will crash. Other than that we love Zoho as our 100% platform for CRM, email, scheduling meetings, running meetings, and all finances along with file sharing etc. It's a fraction of the cost of anything else in extremely robust if set up correctly!
