1 ★Buy this camera if you love looking at loading screens. Nothing ever loads no matter now fast the internet is. I had a incident where I needed to see why someone was in my house and IT WOULD'NT LOAD. Also the picture quality looks horrendous, you would have better luck trying to look through the wall.
1 ★I have bought one of these cams to monitor an elderly relative. the originsl and renderred the Although this is not a "quality" product, after some time I did manage to get it to work reasonably well. It then becsme necessary to install an extra camera - wbic I did - but the new one has now deleted
1 ★Junk! Have tried to use since 2018 snd it's still one of the most over-priced, low feature camera products on the market. Zoom and auto-enhance are rubbish. Help files, are no help. What the heck is "Home offline"? Every single time I'm away and use this useless app I get a message saying the camera cannot connect to the network. Live feed never works. Have tried wi-fi and ethernet but always the same problem. Have contacted support several times and not once had a solution or complete reply.
2 ★If I'm at home and on the wifi it works brilliant can talk to whoever is in the room. But when I want to watch remotely? Like on my Tmobile cellular it fails miserably it says loading and never loads. I can watch a 24 hr playback and it tells me there is movement but I can't watch it.
2 ★Don't setup using Android! Using iOS to set it up is much smooth and after that you can use either Android or iOS device to connect it. The camera needed to be reset about every 6 months... no idea why it happens. Also, the app runs much slower on Android devices.
1 ★The video just never loads, I get notifications but when I open the app it just says loading. If I can manage to watch a notification later, it just judders and you can't hear the sound. Completely useless, DO NOT BUY if using an android phone. I want my money back.
