2 ★This app has a really bad UX with a lot of missing or non working features! * The smart location feature that is automatically starting and stopping the cameras is not working 90% of the cases when I leave home * unable to edit zones * the app forces switch to landscape view * not able to change the notification type and sound * not secure at all: fingerprint login and 2FA not even available
4 ★App works fine. cameras are ok. They skip while viewing remotely. They'll stream fine, then they stop and what you were watching is gone. Kind of defeats the purpose of having cameras if they don't stream or record all events. Not sure why cameras do that. Yes cameras are within 5 ft of wifi router and some are hard wired.
1 ★What is going on with this location error that keeps popping up? It started this a few weeks ago and finally quit and now it's doing it again. Location IS on, so that is not the problem. App has always been fairly stable until lately. It is really annoying to get that notice every few minutes.
1 ★managed to keep camera online 3h after i purchased the product a week ago, after that app is constantly offline..nothing works..reset, reinstall + Wifi reset. tried omg so many times..useless. This product is unfinished, pls fix!!! I had really high expetation on logitech product, but this is dissapointment.
1 ★Usually I need to create daily brief twice so that it would show clock/time. It doesn't help if camera can do 1080p when bit rates are so low that it seems 480p video. Lately says always "Cannot retrieve Day brief at this time.". At the same time web interface can create yesterday's day brief.
1 ★Notifications on your phone arrive long after the event. Also, it takes forever to 'establish secure connection' with the cameras when you try to watch a camera live. I've had 4 cameras for over a year and I would not recommend them.
1 ★Spent alot of money on 2 logi circle cameras, hooked them up, used once, then took down to recharge n never let me use again. I got a message saying only for iphones n i had an s9 when i was useing it. Now i have an s10 n it still wont let me back in app or to set up again. Keeps saying the same thing. The guy at the tmobile store said i could use any mobile phone to hook them up. I did like the way they worked when it was in use for that one time. Sad i paid too much money for 1 time use.
1 ★App is broken. Live and day brief is fine, but the play back is laggy and jumpy making it useless. If you log onto a computer to look at the camera, play back is fine, so the problem is with the app. Everything is updated as of this post.
1 ★Camera is constantly showing as Offline. It is running on Wifi, approximately 3-4 feet away from router and ALWAYS plugged in to power. I reset the camera, it works for a few minutes while I'm testing it and then the next time I check the app.. offline. Fix this!
4 ★Altho a monthly cost is a little high for my use, I do subscribe. The speed of vehicles going by sometimes causes the camera to not be triggered, but most of the time, speed violaters are recorded going past my small dale home. I love the critters and things recorded, especially during the night.
5 ★If you use this app then you know what I mean I had it working on my last three phones as well as all of my tablets it is amazing definitely thinking about purchasing premium but those are tight at the moment but what you offer as far as not being on a premium account is definitely sufficient and a great piece of mind I own five cameras I keep one as a backup been using them for years none of them have ever messed up! Indoor outdoor just excellent quality build on the original cameras. Ty Devs
1 ★Has support closed down? Several emails and ticket raised over a couple of weeks. Auto response to say its been received then nothing else. Not much point paying a subscription if you can't get the cameras working.
