MIND THE CHAT es el sistema de mensajería privada y regulada para la comunicación en centros y organizaciones.A través de MIND THE CHAT, las organizaciones pueden gestionar la mensajería entre sus miembros solucionando los problemas que ofrecen herramenitas abiertas y públicas como Whatsapp.
Este servicio es idóneo para regular la comunicación en:
Ámbito educativo: comunicación entre centro, profesores, alumnos y padres
Ámbito santiario: comunicación privada entre profesional santiario, centros y pacientes.
Ámbito empresarial y oganizaciones en general: comunicación entre trabajadores, colaboradores y/o clientes.
MIND THE CHAT orfece las mismas funciones de comunicación que un servicio de mensajería tipo Whatsapp, pero con las siguientes particularidades:
Acceso exclusivo: sólo los miembros de la organización pueden utilizar la APP. Es necesario estar dado de alta por parte del administrador de la organización para poder utilizar el servicio de mensajería.
Privacidad: no se utiliza ni se comparte el nº móvil del usuario. La identificación de cada usuario se realiza por email.
Grupos cerrados: los miembors de un grupo no son públicos, y por lo tanto, no se ven entre ellos.
Grupos unidireccionales: se pueden crear grupos en dónde sólo uno o algunos miembros del grupo puedan comunicar.
El administrador de la organización puede decidir que usuarios pueden acceder a la agenda de contactos de la organización para iniciar conversaciones individuales.
Todos los usuarios estan organizados por roles, y en función de su rol tendran acceso a determinadads funciones (ej. Padre, alumno, profesor, centro,…)
MIND THE CHAT ofrece un administrador web para gestionar los usuarios, grupos y funciones de la organización. También se puede integrar con cualquier sistema de gestión de una organización, CRM o intranet.
