Esta APP permite registrar y gestionar tus datos de salut diarios, y compartirlos de forma privada y segura con tu médico o equipo profesional sanitario de asistencia.La APP sólo se puede utilizar si tu médico te ha dado de alta. Para acceder a la APP deberás introducir tu móvil y el código de seguridad que recibirás por SMS.
Recuerda que si tu médico no ha activado tu cuenta, no podras utilizar la APP.
Como usuario, a través de la APP podrás registrar tus datos diarios de salud:
- peso
- presión sanguínea
- saturación de oxígeno
- Glicémia capilar
- frecuencia cardíaca
En la sección de "mis registros" podrás eliminar o editar todos tus registros de salud.
Todos los datos introducidos son compartidos de forma privada y seguro con tu médico.
A través de la APP podrás comunicar con tu médico a través de mensajería in-app (chat).
