5 ★Easy to make reservations for almost any restaurant. Large variety of restaurants to choose from.

5 ★Love this app! It makes it super easy to make reservations at all my fave restaurants. The points reward system is awesome, in the last few years I've almost earned enough for a $100 gift card. They also provided great customer service the couple of times I've had an issue. I'd recommend this for anyone that enjoys eating out!

5 ★I appreciate being able to snag a reservation on the go, w/o having to call the establishment. It's extremely convenient to use this app, & the UI is self explanatory. It is annoying that sometimes I can't modify a reservation without calling in, but I don't know if that's an issue with the app or settings the restaurant imposes. Overall, great app!!

1 ★Forces you to login and rest forgotten password which takes so long that you lose the table you were trying to book.

1 ★This app has become increasingly worthless. I can't even see my upcoming reservations anymore, which used to be a fairly intuitive action of this app. Fortunately I can peruse my emails and finds references for this essential function, otherwise I would be left to guess. I also found out that I had to "opt in" to get reward points. I didn't realize this until after using the app for more than 2 years.

3 ★It's annoying that all upcoming reservations aren't listed under "Reservations" like on the desktop site. The app now only lists the next upcoming reservation. You can, however, find the other reservations if you click on "notifications." It's annoying to have to hunt around for the reservations rather than have it simply listed under "Reservations."

2 ★I keep getting the message "we lost you." I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it continually does that.

5 ★I wish all restaurants were on this app. So easy to see what's available and honest reviews

1 ★It's impossible to get a reservation because they send notifications to everyone at once. Send them one at a time, give a minute or grave period for someone to actually get a notification for an open reservation. This is incredibly frustrating.

2 ★It is a good app for making reservations but if you miss one of the reservations they send you a nasty email and put a black mark on your account. I didn't take too kindly to the email. We didn't dine at the restaurant because they were closed. They sent me another email saying they would remove the black mark but told me that I should cancel in the future as if the restaurant being closed was my fault.
