It can handle a variety of video formats, including popular ones like MP4, AVI, MKV, and more but there is a little bit trouble in playing MKV format please fix it out. This allows users to play videos without the need for additional codecs or conversion. Another advantage is its advanced hardware acceleration. MX Player utilizes hardware acceleration techniques to optimize video playback, resulting in smoother and more efficient performance.
2 ★Update: the MX Player app has now become an add machine I can't close the video and pop an add comes up its has become quite the headache I really hope that the developers improve this otherwise this will become unpopular app very fast gonna rate this 2 stars. been like 4 years since I have been using MX Player and it never disappointed me in anyway I just have a suggestion like if this app could have a cut option it would make it even more better in my opinion only. Love the app keep improving.
1 ★casting on t.v failed 👎 Edit1: I understand the process, but casting is not working correctly. We are unable to fast forward or rewind the movie; attempting to do so results in the movie restarting from the beginning. In contrast, I tried VLC, and it was successful.
1 ★Mx Player was a good App for watching videos. But at present due to Ads, I think it's loosing its value, Every time when I watch any videos even if I pause for a moment Ads come. Makes me frustrated for the moment. So I directly watch videos with my default player.
5 ★This app is really helpful! I was unable to open a video file. Other apps weren't working. So I searched on the web, and I got it. It's really a great app to open video files, which doesn't support other apps or phone systems. Watching series or movies in this app helped me to understand it in my own language, just for dubbed series. I really liked it!
5 ★Really I find this app very usful and amazing. I have tried many video player to play DAT format . None of them do it. But upon download this app, I can now easily play my DAT format videos on my phone. Without exaggetation even a word not a sentence, this media player is the best in all qualities: speed to open, design, features it contain and so on. Even its popup mode have sufficient information. What is needed download & examine it. You may explain 10 times the media player more than I did
1 ★Whenever play Device video, video stop playing but audio still play. While I'm playing device video during off internet connection. It's working fine. I think so Mx Player stolen our device data in background during use application.
3 ★I really use to like this app but now it's not doing it for me. Especially with the inappropriate short video clips that are soo annoying and I can't choose my theme anymore, Why is there now a default color after allowing users to make there preference in the theme. This honestly use to be the perfect player but I don't think I'll be recommending this to just anyone especially kids ( Seriously, you guys have to take down those videos).
2 ★1. The music player sucks, imma hv to double tap off screen to play the next song, otherwise it'll just stop playing (miui 13 makes mx player wierd..??) 2. Can u make the sound as good as poweramp, mx player sounds a bit off compare to it. 3. The 2x speed is a good idea on the movie player but it usually doesn't work smoothly.
4 ★I don't have a problem with this app, it's really good especially for videos....in music it's still lacking though... especially the speed of how slow or fast you want the song to play.... but overall It's good....these are the people who put effort into what they make and deserve a reward.
2 ★Mx player was my Go-to player, anytime any day, but this last update came with many bugs... The app lags behind the previous version. The only thing I've been able to enjoy is the fact that I can make it play 2x faster by simply long pressing it. In all, the app could be better.
4 ★There is a bug.the player didn't resume at the same point if it was working at background ***Update Thank you for response but it's already activated.i am using this app from very long time.this bug appeared after last update and as i mentioned it only appears when i play vedio in frontground and i minimise it to still play but in background.aftet i stop it and resume it maybe next day it show the video but from last time was playing in front not the point when it was playing at background.
