5 ★Been using it for years on 2 different Android phones. Excellent!
5 ★Free ad-free, customizable, works with all my idiosyncratic email servers without complaint. I had to try a few mail clients that did what I wanted after Yahoo became incompatible with K-9, and this is the one that works.
4 ★I almost to give 5 stars but couldn't. I'm kinda annoyed with the unstop loading while at homescreen. This occured few times before and I have to restart my device in order to fix it. Other than that, it was brilliant.
3 ★It's been working fine for a long time. All of a sudden, it immediately closes when I open it. Restart of the phone hasn't helped. Clearing the cache doesn't work.
4 ★I replaced Gmail with TypeApp primarily because Gmail could not be set to open in a unified inbox view but TypeApp has many other tailoring options that are proving useful. Will not as good as Thunderbird which, alas, is unavailable for Android.
2 ★Not been working as it should, keeps saying can't connect to server, having to switch phone off and on, it's not my email provider as emails are coming through on the PC and Webmail
5 ★My stand-by email client that has increased my productivity and has useful features like downsizing image attachments, size-customizable widget, dark theme. I just wish there was an option to turn off compose in HTML. Highly recommended

3 ★It's great when it works. A lot of the time the app refuses to open or sits on a blank screen until you get a message saying it needs to close. I find it works better on WiFi, but once I leave the house, trying to load anything can be painful. I do like having all my accounts available off the same app, I just wish it was more responsive.
2 ★This is the best Android email app without question. If only you could send, receive, see notifications, & have your inbox sync WITHOUT your phone on WiFi. I might understand and accept this if the app claimed this from jump, which it doesn't. Actually, I wouldn't understand it. Because of the WiFi-necessity to function, I can't access my email accounts with any consistency away from my home. While that isn't a disaster at this moment (COVID-19 pandemic), change is coming. Hope there is a fix.
