How to install AT&T VoIP APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download AT&T VoIP APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

2 ★----- updated 10/9/2015 ----- I'm revising my rating to 2/5 stars. No support for BT headsets! This wouldn't normally be an issue, but this app uses speakerphone by default and the echo is so bad it's a dealbreaker. I see no way to get it to recognize my BT headset (even though the normal phone dialer does) or to take it off speaker.
