와그너사역연구원은 오중 직임을 통해 그리스도의 몸 된 교회를 활성화하고, 일터 사역자를 일으켜 모든 도시와 나라가 그리스도 예수께로 돌아오도록 하고 있다.
와그너사역연구원은 사도적 개혁 운동의 기수로서 새로운 정보와 기름부음의 전수(impartation)을 통해 한국교회에 오중 직임과 일터 사역자가 일어나도록 지도자들을 무장시킨다.
