3 ★Originally liked the app until an update where it deletes my custom workout. And then when I try to add them, it just says custom workout limit, go pro. Thats fine (just what is the limit of custom workout plans?). But then, the custom reminders just wont work. It automatically resets to whenever it wants after i set it. Reminding me at the time it shouldnt. Fix this please.
3 ★App title is a little misleading, the majority of workouts are not actually free. It also apparently sends push notifications for other apps which is not very user friendly. Update: the addition of supplements to the app seems like a natural business progression, but I don't know why anyone would buy those without knowing anything about them - Serving size? Ingredients list? Nutrition list? Anything other that a picture and a marketing ad?
5 ★I like it, very much, especially not being able to get to the gym during this pandemic. Unfortunately I was looking for an app to sync to Google Fit, which it is supposed to. It is connected, and I even have synced multiple times manually, but no workouts, nor my current weight I input comes through. Google Fit is showing this app as a connected app also. Pixel 4 with latest Android 10 build. Hoping this can be fixed. Edit#1: Now up to 4 stars just from the quick and nice response from the developer. Edit#2: And now a 5. Fixed the sync issue right away.
1 ★So, I paid the $3.49 for the pro version (caught it at 50% off). I thought to myself, "Now I'll have all the other ones to challenge me," because in the free version it says to just upgrade to the pro version. Come to find out, it's a total bait and switch. I paid the $3.49 for the Pro version, and when I opened it all the pro version workouts were still locked, and there was an additional charge for each individual workout. Nothing but lies and total BS. I will find something else. Stay away.
5 ★Its useful honestly. It sucks that everything is hidden beyond a paywall. But it is a really good source of new workouts and orgnaization. In all reality, it is a useful app. But to get the full extent you have to pay. We all have to make money. So I'm not judging. Even when its free, it has its uses.
5 ★I love this app! my favourite part is being able to design your own workout. being able to do this shows the real difference between Startan Workouts and other workout apps. I also appreciate how much body weight training exercises are involved in the selection. GREAT APP!! Would definitely recommend
1 ★Terrible app. The selection for workout type never changes. You go back and change everything, it warns you your data will be lost, and it still uses the same workout type (muscle building, etc). If you want to just use the workouts, you're paying. Poorly programmed. Also, some math genius did their pricing, $3.99/month or $49.99/year. 🤔

4 ★I had just downloaded the app and was really feeling good about working out and becoming a better me during this inclusive point of our lives. There was a comment that explained that the workouts insisted on using a bench when it was marked that they had no equipment and they were told to simply download the newest update. However, I'm now having this issue. I've completely updated the app and yet the app insists that I need a bench for my excersizes tomorrow :/ I'm a bit bummed. Help?
1 ★Im very disapointed with the last update, in preview version I had played for all option and what now!!! I have to pay everything separately + very impractical to use, shame to you guys you really make me unhappy and more others as well I am sure, I am deleting the app, you did this update just for make more money, the app is not better as it should be.
5 ★It's great, Especially for a free app. Has everything you need to get in shape, and a bunch of extras now, even has a volume control so you can listen to your own music without anything playing over it, also has warm ups for your workout now, thanks for all the help!
5 ★The exercises are varied enough so you don't get bored. Three levels of resistance allow you progress at your own pace. Your able to track progress and set timer. All body work no equipment. All for free.
