4 ★I love the app for the most part but some of the exercises in the easy section are just unrealistic. I wish there was a way to adjust exercises to account for personal ability and injuries. Its mostly the lunges and the push ups that seem to be too much for what I would consider a beginner strength level to be.
2 ★I love this app actually!! But a big negative for me how it sort of ignores where I'm at in terms of fitness level. I'm on easy 1 and it still makes workouts, specifically pushups extremely common. As if they're super easy. I put the option that I can only do 0-5 pushups (I can't do any) and it stills gives me tons of pushups to do even though I can't do any. I wish it ACTUALLY took into account "Hey let's give this guy some inclined pushups instead" or tested to see which type was best for me
5 ★I have kept this app for the last year and a half on my phone. the only reason it dont get used sometimes is because of my laziness. it gives good directions for each exercise, and just the right amount of reps for each day. try not to do more than it suggest or you will be sore. this app is great because I try s always there when you decide you are ready to become fit. Not a lot of ads so I am very happy
5 ★Ive used this app off and on for a couple of years and it is great for getting in a little bit of exercise at home when you dont have any equipment or choose not to use it. I never really know which exercises to do and sometimes am not motivated to do them but with this app i get a little nudge when it reminds me and also enjoy making to the 30 day mark. Its crazy to see how much stronger my body gets just by following the program.
5 ★Honestly, as an athlete sometimes I get board doing the same old light workouts during my break days. I like to stay lightly active on off days, this app helps me do that without overworking my body. On the flip side if I can also use this app for my hardcore days as well; when I run out of ideas to do for myself. I even recommend it to my boyfriend, who has a hard time staying committed to his workouts. He loved it and has been way more committed. It's a great app for all skill levels.
4 ★Honestly this app is very good. With work out options I wouldn't even think of. And 30 days may seem a lot but it's a lot of time. My only problem with it is the difficulty of the settings. I'm finding myself breasing through the hard 2 option and haven't been feeling challenged lately but if so I'll just do extra.
4 ★So, every time I finish a workout, and the nice lady says "Congratulations..." it immediately turns my screen off. I then have to log back into my phone. Every. Single. Time. After logging back in, I face an ad. It's a crazy annoying bug that needs to be fixed, please...
4 ★I really liked that the app reminds me everyday to workout and I also enjoyed the fact that it was very easy to use and navigate and that it provided lots of meal plan options for me to choose from. I didn’t like that most of the features had to be paid for and that you only get 7 days to use the app freely. My recommendation would be making some features free and having an extended free trial period so that users can get an idea of whether or not they want to switch to premium.
5 ★I don't have a hard time working out, I just have a hard time getting back to it when I quit. This app has helped me get back into the groove with ease. I love how it counts down each exercise with you and even describes what you should do with motion picture showing you. Ive looked up workout routines online before, and this is definitely great bc I usually have a hard time understanding what certain exercises are and how you're supposed to do them. I don't generally leave reviews on stuff, but I am so grateful and surprised by how cool this app is. I can now get fit and stay on track with it
5 ★The interface is easy to navigate, the ads are unobtrusive, and I can quickly get into working out. This puts it ahead of most other workout apps I've tried. The routines are short and accessible and I appreciate the form tips for each exercise.
1 ★this was a great weight tracking ap until they trashed the graph that showed how much weight I was losing. it was the best encouragement to see the average going down and a really stupidly easy thing to leave alone. stop 'updating' your apps by making them worse. Also forcing the night view background with no setting to make the screen white again is frustrating. deleting this ap as soon as I find a replacement.
5 ★love this app iv used it throughout the years and suggested it to many however I feel the app would be a more well rounded fitness app if after the different work out seasons they have simple stretches to do to combat the exercise you just did. ie if it's a leg day and then after maybe 2 or 3 simple streetches to help stretch the muscle so there not sore
