Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

1 ★Does not send coordinates to waze on android. When you are on an audio call, the new order notification sound is muted
3 ★This platform 4 rider is Great but if the support team work properly than it's more better than any other food delivery platforms 5* given for the rider earnings 1* for for the poor rider support team It's sad that deliveroo has a very poor customer service for customer and Rider. Always rushing to end chat as it that the baby is coming out already?
1 ★Used to be one of the best apps, now it seems is doing everything to trick their drivers to pick up low paying orders on long distances for 3-4£.
3 ★App was great before the recent update, now the app is bit buggy. When ever order is received and after few minutes the order dashboard doesn't shop up, so you have to restart the app to continue the order.
1 ★Experience is bad , GPS not working properly, sometime they update the app to make rides lost !!! I'm doing deliveroo for 7 years never see it stable, I wish they got zero star I would choose that but Google as well in another world
1 ★It looks like they got a new management and they want to prove themselves . Delivery fees are getting worse and worse, the app is not showing a real busy areas , when it show busy , in reality it's moderate and when it show moderate it's actually quite , the fee boost times and areas are useless and not logic and not incorraging to work . Start thinking of another options to make money
1 ★Not safe to use while driving. Why does it take 2 clicks to decline order?? Read the highway code
1 ★1) when I arrive at the restaurant, the app doesn't recognize my location, even when I'm standing right in front. Have to restart the app, sometimes a few times, before "Arrived" appears. 2) when I pick up the order, you click on the order number, but "Confirm Pick-up" doesn't appear. Have to try many times. Sometimes have to restart the app a few times. 3) click on the "arrow" for directions, based on the address, Google map opens and it's always a wrong address, like 2 doors away.
3 ★The location shown on app, isn't correct. And sometimes its not recognising, that I'm at the restaurant ,so I can not swipe "" arrived"". Would be very helpful if the app could show the distance in advance, before accepting the order. ( as long as location and calculation is correct). As drivers don't have enough time to manually enter both address into map and check the distance, and time for delivering the order, before they accept it.
4 ★Overall it is easy to use but there's an issue with mapping with certain collection locations. Basically, you have to be within a few yards of the pickup address for the order page to be activated, but some locations aren't where the map takes you, so you need to drive past the actual location until you reach the systems location; then it'll open the "arrived" page, then you have to then double back to the correct address. Very annoying. Apart from that, it's similar to Just Eat version.
1 ★Constantly gives the wrong location, soo I have to walk up the road in order to click arrived. And on top of that, it crashes way to often, I'll accept an order or open the app again from maps, and the screen goes white with a refresh icon, and even if o force close and reopen the app, it does the same thing. I wasted an hour on my last work day dealing with technical issues.
4 ★Good in that it keeps you busy, but there's a few problems. There's no sound notification for when you get offered a new job and so it's easily missed. The satnav/GPS isn't very well integrated within the app, and the way it works with Google maps means that you have to fiddle around to find the correct address first. Also, it would be nice to see some more rider stats, like total trips done, satisfaction rate etc...
