1 ★will not let me book a car or pay for it on the app. pretty much useless if u end up calling them to book everytime instead.

1 ★TERRIBLE service. Twice I pre booked a taxi through this app. The first time the taxi was three quarters of an hour late, I was late for my hospitsl appt. The second time after twenty minutes and two phonecalls to the office I cancelled the car as they still hadn't dispatched one to me, I missed my train.

1 ★This app requests root access to my phone, this is highly suspect behaviour.

1 ★Ordered a cab in Bath. Journey confirmed. It didn't arrive. Called the cab company direct. Advised that 'oh we switched that app off a while back, there are no cabs available for an hour an a half'.

1 ★It states in the app that AMEX is accepted, but when I try to enter my AMEX card number it pops up with a message stating the AMEX is not accepted. Spoke to their office who assured me that once I had booked, used and paid for a taxi with AMEX, that they took the details of over the phone, the app would work. Still not accepting the AMEX and now they don't even respond to emails seeking support.

1 ★They charged me a pound and didn't say they would! only saw it because I was checking my bank account! I didn't even book a taxi yet!

1 ★Don't expect anything like Uber for this app. I reckon about 1 in 2 bookings just remain as 'pending' for ages despite suggesting a car is 5 mins away. Very unreliable and often have to cancel after 20 mins of waiting

4 ★good but not up to the previous Abbey taxis app standard, I try to remember to take my portable wifi with me or it doesn't work, remove grumpy and over sexed drivers please, u know who they are

5 ★Brilliant app! Initially had an issue registering on it. Put the wrong details in so blocked me for 24 hours. Came up network connection issue but vcars explained this was just a security feature. Also when I registered my credit card it took £1.01. Again asked vcars about this it's another security feature to verify your card. The money got returned in a couple of days automatically, no big deal. Apart from that just great service so happy days!

4 ★Love the app makes my life easier, would say it obviously needs extrasadded to it such as letting the company know when you booked and withplenty of notice as they only get told 10mins before and today I had anissue with no taxis available for 20mins after I'd booked (booked over anhour in advance and people calling up are getting priority rather thanfirst come first serve basis) another great thing would be being able torate your driver at a later time rather as soon as your out the taxis asI'm usually in a rush to get my bus and you can only rate through thenotification rather than going back onto bookings.

5 ★Very impressive, this is a great app, we have always received a greatservice from V cars, 5 stars!
