1 ★Unable to book cab... At the time of booking showing many cabs. Once click BOOK.. it will show as "searching.. wait." We need to wait for longer than expected and at last shows..."Try Again.". Tried almost 30mints and nothing worked. Reply: Whenever trying to book cab.. it showing many nearby cabs. But when try to book.. searching .. searching... No response after 5mints and asking to TRy again. That time also showing many cabs available.
1 ★Your App is not working. After downloading the app, for logging in, it asks your to enter your mobile number and after receiving the OTP, after typing the OTP the scrollbar of login becomes pale. However much you touch it it will never login. Below the space where you type the OTP, there is a small message that which says if your unable to login, we touch it. It takes to reset your password. For first time user's, where is the question of resetting the password. Please look into this.
1 ★Very bad experience, late pickups, driver doesn't locate Exact address, the postpaid is always charged extra, indeed many drivers cancel the ride, or won't accept ola money pay, since, ola gets commission and allots remaining amount to driver. I request all plz install new app called "NAMMA YATRA", where no commission,waiting time is exactly fixed by app, while delayed, fine charged to driver, countdown time starts after booking. 3&4 wheelers cab. No post/prepaid,only UPI n cash.
1 ★Worst experience ever. Booked a ride from airport to Navi Mumbai. It was a frustrating experience from both ola app and driver. Even this experience does not deserve a one star. Uber is way better than this. I had to pay more than 1000 for a ride of 661 and also had to manage the frustration with driver. Happy to uninstall the app. Do not take customer for granted. What is your email ID. The email ID m.me/olacabs shows an invalid ID.
1 ★Pathetic Service. Pathetic Drivers. Unreliable app. My number of successful rides through this is lesser than the cabs drivers cancelled on me. I had to write this review because I pre -booked the cab 12 hours before my journey. I have to catch my flight and the driver came at my place asked me to cancel ride and wanted cash. It was insured and I wanted the invoice. The cab was near my place and he stayed there but did not respond to my calls. NOW I AM RUNNING LATE BECAUSE OF YOUR PATHETIC APP.
1 ★I booked an auto whose charge showed me 67Rs while booking, and at the ride end it was 127rs and when I talked to customer support. They told me it was fairly charged. It's better to book anything via uber. My first ride with ola on the same route that I go daily was charged 30% extra. Worst app ever it's better to uninstall it.
2 ★Very poor service and guidance. I am unable to book my cab. Difficult and tedicious process. Even after sending email and phone no response to my query. How I can advise others to use this service. Now after receiving a call first time in 2/3 months I could use my old app. Thanks and hope to receive good service.
1 ★Ola has gotten worse over times. Initial ride fares are just doubled up at the end of the trip and the chatbot says cant refund the money, no reasons provided. Sent emails, DMed on twitter, response i got was you exceeded creedit limits. What?? Thats it. There is no dedicated customer support , app help section has no concrete info. And then you are directed back to the useless app interface. Better to change cab providers. Customer loss is not a priority here.
1 ★I am unable to see the Ola post paid option now. I have a bill to clear which is due today (Jan 03, 2024) but I don't see the option at all. I keep getting reminders to pay the bill but the option has disappeared. This is quite disheartening and I have lost my faith in this postpaid scheme and Ola as a service provider. There's no way to get a quick response from the team about this even though I have clearly asked that I am getting reminders to pay without an option available to do so.
1 ★Recently I was booking ola Auto. After accepting the request Auto drivers doesn't even move. When I call them they ask for drop location. & The ask me to cancel the booking. If they cancel then also next driver does the same thing. I waited for almost 20min & had to call 6-7 auto drivers this way. Also upon cancellation from my side because of no show ola charges me. Very pathetic business practice. This problem is even worst in tier 2 cities. They should better windup the Business.
1 ★The worst customer service ever. It's a total scam. When I booked an auto, I received the notification that the total cost was somewhere between 100 to 150. I even contacted him about my location. He agreed with my booking but after driving me all the way home he asked for an extra 100. I don't know how this works. Once I refused, he started screaming. It was the worst experience. Also, I don't understand how he started the journey without even asking for the OTP.
1 ★Though service of ola cabs is good. The app is pathetic. Once the driver has reached the location the phone number and other cab details disappear. Except for OTP nothing is there on screen. Was unable to call driver due to phone number not available on app. To report this issue there is no help option. No way to get help from customer service in the app. All pre defined help options. Will download other apps. Update on 05.01.2024: Will share screenshot if I book a cab again from OLA.
