1 ★I booked the hotel and the money got deducted from Google pay. There was no confirmation no message from you guys regarding the confirmation. Also hotel management didn't received any information. Its been a day I have not received any response. I have mailed you guys which got bounced, no customer support nothing it's very pathetic from your side. Do revert me as soon as possible and provide me my refund. It would be small amount for you but not for me.
1 ★I can not book the hotel. New update is not working properly. It can not load final booking page in app. I booked the hotel on makemytrip even it was little expensive.

Its system failure my ticket is not booked and money was deducted there is no any ticket confirmation or no any details anywhere on goibibo application travels company not allowed to board. I feel helpless if there is any contact nub anyone knows than give me.
1 ★In case if you fave any issue, there is none to listen to you, no customer care listed on the app who you can contact for help. Have faced issues multiple times. GOibibo seems to believe that offering lowest price is the key and they can ignore all other KPI. They will learn a lesson but it will be too late for them to come back from that point. 1 ★Poor App.. they cheat people . Booked flight tickets for 19000 and they refunded only 14000 . I don't what calculation they have done...no customer support. No helpline available.. no email available to submit a complaint.. everything just takes you a cheater app.. better to book directly with airlines. I want my full refund back.
1 ★Goibibo is fraud. My flight refund request is still pending since december 2020. When tried calling customer care, it won't connect as the request is under process (under process since 7 months). There is no customer care to contact because of Covid. They don't respond to emails. The issue has not been resolved since 7 months and no one cares to solve the problem. This app not providing their customer service number only available automatic reply service their no option to clarify customer questions. . Really regret s to choose ur app. This link not working. 1 ★I am updating my review here,I have been following up with the goibibo customer care for my refund from last 10 months, and still not got the refund amount for the flight which got cancelled by the Airline. They simply bluff, that they are working on this.For last 10 months they are working only but there is no outcome.This is a cheater app. I would request everyone not to use this app. They are really fraud, and just keep bluffing whenever you call them,don't provide any solution.hate this app.
