We are the South Wales' premier and largest cab operator with over 1500 partner drivers and vehicles using the latest GPS technology. It takes just 3 taps to place a new booking directly from the handy favourites list.

The app uses your location so your driver knows exactly where to pick you up. You can book a ride directly from the map and see how many available cars there are nearby. Get a fare estimate so you know the cost of your journey before you book a ride with us.

Planning ahead? Book a ride hours, days or weeks in advance. Whenever it's convenient for you and if necessary, you can cancel your booking at any time and we send you notifications with your bookings

4 ★Use the service very often, only thing recently I have noticed is that where before you can rate and leave feedback on the trip, this has seemed to not be able to do anymore.

5 ★Thanks for another hassle free pick up nice clean car lovely driver . I am always comfortable getting taxi alone with the company and app a must . Waiting till the next time specaily at this time of year when everybody is so busy rushing around .

1 ★Not as good as the 1st app if you are travelling in newport with dragon everything is cardiff eg malpas road cardiff,maesglas road Cardiff also alot of the places the app used to have are not on there anymore this needs to addressed if this app is going to work in newport

1 ★Dragon Taxis used to be good, however, due to a recent decline, absolutely terrible service and won't be using this service any longer. The application has it's flaws. However, the company is employing terrible drivers and terrible customer service.

1 ★Not worth booking a taxi in advance as they still manage to be half hour late. Second time I've pre booked a taxi knowing its busy and ended up waiting last time I use the app or the company

2 ★Can't register card and it says to call up. When calling up the operator says just keep on trying. Not very helpful!

3 ★Not entirely sure why the app is listing every location as being in Cardiff. Contrary to popular media belief, Newport is NOT an extended part of Cardiff.

1 ★Careful if you're using your debit/credit card as they can take what they want and then take over a week to refund it!!! UPDATE:Not the 1.01! The 56 quid I was charged for a 10 pound fare!!! As well as the lies from staff that the refund was done, later admitting refund processed 7 days later than I was told!!!

3 ★Mostly good, although sometimes you'll be waiting forever for a driver, better to just phone and use cash instead.

3 ★Some features gone... Used to be able to "tip" and "rate". This has disappeared and is "greyed out"

1 ★Tried to link my card to the app twice, told me I didn't have network, when I did. Also charged me £1.01 each time.

1 ★Everywhere in Newport , Cardiff and even Bristol the map is showing i am in Cardiff zone. Like if i select Briatol zone it is saying BS5 1TB , cardiff. The merged app is diacusting.
