2 ★I'll give 2 stars for design. But the app simply doesn't work. I was about to checked in when it gave me an error for not putting in "country" I put in both country options many times and re-tried. Did not work. Does not work. Your a huge airline, get a working app.
3 ★I purchased an additional luggage with my tickets. After the check-in there is no additional luggage place at the boarding passes available. Must to save the order confirmation and hold it to show at the registration point. The rest is fine.
4 ★Great app. Thoughtfully crafted a rich experience with attention to little details. But the inflight and check-in counters for UIA is pretty poor. Maybe because of the cheap tickets.
3 ★Got notification about discounts on flights, clicked on Book now, got redirected to the home page of the app. Brilliant! Also, it doesn't remember your information, which is annoying
4 ★This is much improved over earlier versions, especially the check in and flight booking sections. Shame that the Panorama section still sends you to the UIA website, as opposed to handling that in app.
5 ★Great app! Everything works great! Like especially that you can save boarding pass to galery and there is no need for screenshot. Easy registration. Все просто супер! Легка реєстрація та круто, що можно зберегти квиток до галереї та не треба робити скриншот. Дуже класна деталь.
2 ★Doesn't save your login, actually doesn't have a login, cannot save a booking for checking in in the future. Most links just send you to the website. Basically useless.
5 ★AS A FIRST TIME FLYER I FOUND THE APP EXTREMELY HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE AND I CHECKED IN USING THE APP A FULL DAY BEFORE I TRAVELLED HAVING RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT I CAN CHECK IN ONLINE. WITHIN MINUTES OF DOING SO I RECEIVED MY E-TICKET. WITH THAT ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SCAN THE E-TICKET BARCODE USING ONE OF THE TERMINALS AT GATWICK AIRPORT AND MY BOARDING PASSES AND LUGGAGE TAGS WERE PRINTED OUT. AND WHEN I CHECKED IN FOR MY RETURN FLIGHT I RECEIVED AN INVITATION TO THE BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGE!!!!
5 ★very impressed with the app. for someone with just hand luggage and a connection this was perfect. given an option of image of check in slip or pdf saved to your phone. especially useful if you do not have data allowance abroad.
3 ★It works for check in and boarding pass, but does not have any way to pay for checked luggage (even though it says it can do that). Needs improvement.
3 ★I don't like the DoB and Passport expiry date selector - difficult to use. where is the auto-fill from Panorama Club membership number? otherwise it works well.
1 ★it is lost all the info about booking on stage of payment after I switched to another application! Now I have to start all over again! That's unacceptable. Did you even try to test your app??
