1 ★Tons of bugs and glitches . App doesnt always sync with latest messages and questions asked by customers. You have to log out and log in frequently to get latest messages. App is currently installed in 3 latest flagship phones from 2 different service providers and all of them seems to have the same problem. Definitely the app is problematic.
1 ★This seller app needs alot of refining to do, especially with notifications. It generate non-conversion notifications but no notis showed up when there are orders. Can easily have lost sales if you ignore long enough to the point where lazada or customers cancel the order, so must always enter the app to monitor the orders. Overall, not a friendly app and doesn't add benefit
1 ★Some Features are not working properly, When you click Drop Off Points Location near you,the location appear is Far on what you search,Help Center doesn't work properly,you can't type any message or letters,numbers,symbols etc,you need to go to browser before you can tell your Concern and Complaints. Some advisory will tell you to click here but when you click it,nothing appear,the only thing will appear is Check your Connection,even my signal is high. I use this app before i review it. Useless
1 ★The purpose of the app is to make it easier without having to log in from the desktop, but it seem like this app is not of any help as it is full of bugs and the welcome popup keep appearing when bank info/location have already been updated previously. There is no option to close and navigate to the other tabs. When talking to the live chat agent, they are not able to provide any resolution and their advisory is only to use desktop in the meantime.
1 ★They perform mass deactivation of accounts for no reason, or more like unexplained reasons they didn't mention. When you try to appeal seems like they don't listen and ignore you. There's no provided email address support to reach out. If you call them for a support, it's not 24/7 considering how much money they make from all sellers. Their contact us form is only available if your account is not deactivated. Once your account is deactivated, you won't get your remaining balance/products.
1 ★I don't like the application. It's not user friendly. Some icons are not supported when you're using mobile. It's useless since lots of sellers have phones instead of laptops or desktop computers. Hope it will improve in the next update. I am still having difficulty editing my products. I cannot locate where to edit since it's not user friendly.
1 ★Too many bugs and program is not well written. 1. Tends to fail loading of campaign page and keep having "web pages not available....." error when I clicked on the campaign button. 2. When I want to upload a video foe my product, it took 5mins plus to show the ALL GALLERIES. There is now way to select the specific folder that I sorted. It doesn't has the folder selection function for video. Can you imagine every product to load a picture takes 5mins plus?
2 ★The update is bad. When i tap the order details its collapses or stops. How can i manage my orders? Also when i upload products its so complicated. saying it was error while the details don't have red highlights speciall when i add more variations. After i finished editing the pictures for certain varitions the picture are automatically rearrange to wrong variations. Nad the thumbnail picture do change when i edit my variation pictures..its annoying. So the thumbail is always not good it affects the order rate.
1 ★One of the worst apps ever. Today it suddenly displayed a cryptic message with just 2 icons, no text and expected me to click ok. It refused to work when I didn't. After several restarts, it then displayed a new cryptic message in Chinese! Not sure what it meant but I think it wants permissions to access lots of personal things in my phone. Lazada is owned by Alibaba from China where the CCP has access to all user data. Of course I refused. So now the app refused to work. Uninstalling it.
2 ★the seller app are not showing any updated info as this happened since 3 weeks ago... even drag down to re-loading but content didn't show properly and or it's not updated info... do feedback in app but report unable to sent out and keep loading... clicked the [contact us] in app to report above issues but the same... no functions for the button and its just keep loading 😅 hope to resolve or provide latest version for app update..
