3 ★Push jobs to you even when app not on, and with an accidental click, you are deemed to have accepted the job. App interface should be smarter and be a "slide to accept" action to avoid such issues. Also not very smart in that jobs offered sometimes go opposite direction from my stated destination or too far from starting/ending points. Fare is relatively low compared to other platforms for the same trip.
3 ★Please improve yours bugs, even when dropping a passaenger on the designated drop off location, my last location where the passangers picked up shows,...???? And yor your app not being able to detect the map, the drivers job get pausee...???? Seriously....????
1 ★Terrible UI. Utterly unhelpful support staff. Refuses to solve problems caused by UI / user error. Blames user instead. The help centre and support staff has been going downhill for years. Absolute disgrace.
1 ★The more updates you implemented, the worse you get! Incentives for shifts always went missing! I'm so flabbergasted with all the implementations app that never seems to work!!!
3 ★1 Job standard RM5, when we receive double job task the fare become less than RM5. Sometimes when double or triple job pop-up, the app stuck. Need to close the app n open again, CS tell us to reinstall the app. But the same bug keep happening.
5 ★Love to be a part of it and having much experience ahead on using this app,, however using E-Moto was horrible now due to many of batteries got error and also no significant additional of swap point to cover much E-Moto which has been run on the street 🤦🤦
1 ★Far away pick-up points. Fare not compensated for traffic/time.Low fare! No compensationa for Cancellations of bookings. Incorect pickup/drop-off locations. 5mins waiting time is not justified. No phone communications to confirm details with passengers. Helpdesk is unsatisfactory. Very slow response/resolution.
3 ★That risk or gentle reminder pops up each time in the middle of driving got me a bit of annoying. Coz when that's pops up i have to click closed then only can continue to to see my routes.
1 ★The apps had a lot issue which provide wrong data calculation on the incentive . After that , called to customer service grab but they just respond is system faulty or apps issue cant help you anything . The truth we dont do anything wrong as we follow what data shown in the system . But problem come out , we have to adapt or accept over it.
3 ★Good app, it just frustrating when grab give a passenger to pick up over 6km away from your current location. Ended the fees can't even cover for the petrol and may get bad review from passenger for being late
3 ★Navigation has caused many confusion. Some roads are not updated Method used for advising navigation from top black box is inconsistent. Adapt waze method for improvement
1 ★grab hemat fare must be reviewed because the price does not correspond to the distance traveled. there is no benefit at all from using a grab hemat, whereas for a regular grab it is difficult to get passengers
