WEB SMS aplikacija omogućava svim registrovanim mobilnim korisnicima BH Telecom-a brzo kreiranje i slanje SMS poruka prema svim mrežama unutar BiH.SMS poruke nije moguće slati prema mrežama izvan BIH, kao ni prema brojevima Premium SMS usluge.
Omogućeno je slanje 5 besplatnih poruka dnevno (neiskorištene poruke ne mogu se prenositi na slijedeći dan), a svaka slijedeća poruka se naplaćuje po cjenovniku BH Telecom-a.
Za rad aplikacije potreban je pristup internetu (WiFi ili 3G). Svi korisnici koji pristupaju putem 3G mreže su automatski prijavljeni sa svojim brojem mobilnog telefona, dok je putem WiFI mreže potrebna ručna prijava.
Korisnici koji prvi put pristupaju usluzi WEB SMS putem Android aplikacije, a da prehodno nisu izvršili registraciju na portal (https://bhmobile.bhtelecom.ba) potrebno je da istu izvrše upisom svog mobilnog broja, nakon čega će sistem putem SMS poruke dostaviti šifru za pristup.
