Toby erzählt am Anfang ein bisschen was aus seinem Leben, interessant genug damit man von eigenen Gedanken abgelenkt wird, aber langweilig genug, so dass man dabei in den Schlaf sinken kann. Im Anschluss liest Toby etwas aus einem Buch vor. Aus rechtlichen Gründen gibt es nur Gemeinfreies, also ältere Werke wie Nils Holgersson, Immanuel Kant, Goethe oder Sherlock Holmes. Mit seiner ruhigen Stimme und den meist nebensächlichen Themen bringt Toby mittlerweile viele tausend Hörer zum Einschlafen. Schlaf ist gesund, man sollte immer ausreichend Schlaf haben. Bei Problemen mit dem Einschlafen kann man möglicherweise auf Medikamente verzichten, wenn man es auch mit Ablenkung schafft.Wählt man eine Episode an, die noch nicht heruntergeladen ist, wird sie geladen.
