1 ★Savings from the app would be nice....if the stores in the area accepted it. They should take some cues from some of the pizza apps on how customizing should work. Overall app was a waste of my time. Didnt even order anything considering it seems the stores and the app are not working hand in hand. Idk... Subway just isnt Subway anymore.
2 ★This app would be great if it gives you the option to pay inside the store some people don't have cards and also their gift cards you can only do 10 or 20 you can't add cents to a subway gift card example : my order was 10.08 but can't only purchase a Subway gift card for $10 or $20 some people don't want to have a gift card with extra money on it because they lose them as I do other than that the app's great customize it anyway you want but those are the two things that I see that needs fixed.
1 ★They changed it in an update for no reason. Now anytime you try to scroll it selects or unselects things. Changing from less/regular/more is cumbersome, and you're most likely going to mess up. I just gave up trying to order. This update has made the app so bad. Considering it's the only efficient way to order at a restaurant like subway, they've most likely lost all my business with this "overhaul".
3 ★The app is a great idea. But there's some major issues with communication to the store. The employees need the order to be easy to read and understand. That includes the prep and pick up time. I was testing the app today and the store 30728 only received 1 out of 4 orders that I submitted online.
1 ★The app seemed fine and easy to navigate. But after ordering on it, then getting to the store for my pickup, it was closed on a day and time it was normally open. Then I had no way to cancel the order. The app even said my order was ready as I'm sitting there looking at a dark, locked store. Hours later, I tried the app again to see if there was a way to get help. But a message automatically popped up saying my bread choice wasn't available on my nonexistent sub, and to make another choice.
4 ★It's very convenient but I found it a little confusing. I wanted extra olives and extra sauce but I couldn't find that option (if it's even an option at all). Also it was confusing/annoying how you could select the photo of the bread to change it but couldn't select your toppings the same way- you have to press the plus sign in thr lower right hand corner in order to do that. I also didn't see a way to remove the cheese?
2 ★This was the first time using your app. It was difficult to customize the sandwiches as when I swiped left to omit more than one vegetable it appeared to cancel out the first vegetable. Also there needs to be more space for special instructions. Lastly, when placing the order each sandwich should state exactly what will be on it if you customize it.
1 ★Used to be really useful but now you can only select what ingredients you want to add and you cannot select "less" or "more" like you previously were able to. Makes the app infinitely less useful and I stopped using it to orderb so I have stopped going to subway all together. Please change it back to the way it was
3 ★1/2 the time it scrolls so long that we're already at the store before the order actually goes thru. Want to order the cheese pizza but app always rings up $99.00. Hmmm?? I do love getting rewards but like I said half the time we have to go in to order anyway due to the 'order processing' time. Also, difficult to change stores!!
2 ★App makes you clear your order entirely to change store, reminds you to save an order as a favorite even when it's already a favorite, and pickup times seem like completely random guesses, my orders are often ready 15+ minutes late, as they don't start making it until after I show up and talk to them. Needs a lot of improvement.
3 ★Very frustrating when there is an offer, 50 percent off and the app won't take it. I tried to order on the apt, in the parking lot of subway, and the app said my nearest one was 10 miles away. It's easy to build the sandwich, but everything else doesn't work. I only use it when I have to
4 ★It's really slow, and I often have to close it and go back before it will work. Even after I successfully order, I get notifications that my cart will expire soon and I should complete my order. Also happens if I decide not to order and delete everything from my cart. Still better than having to go in, and I like the deals I get on it! :)
