2 ★It's a useful app... When it works. The app keeps freezing on the opening page when you start it up. Not great when you're trying to bring up your card to scan. The detailed terminal maps are a particularly handy feature. Hope they add some more airport maps soon. Could also do with more lounges in Greece, San Antonio TX and Newark NJ now that the Virgin Clubhouse is no more. I'd probably be very disappointed if I were paying for membership and not getting this as a bonus to my credit card.

1 ★Takes a really long time to open. Keeps crashing as I try to search for a airport/location. This is by far the worst app in my store.

5 ★Unable to log in. Says "something went wrong". No issues logging in via the web. ***Update. Error has been fixed.***

1 ★This app keeps breaking, very frustrating. My info got erased and when I tried to re-enter it, I kept getting errors. I tried to go to the FAQ but the link was bad. Then it tells me to contact my issuer. YOU'RE THE PROBLEM, NOT MY ISSUER. Seriously is there zero QA done on this app? What kind of mickey mouse club operation is running the development smh

1 ★The app is a disaster. I made several attempts to activate my card and create an account, but keep getting error messages.

3 ★The app crashes when selecting the search bar. Reproducable every single time. Update: Reinstalling worked. It asked for location permission which I approved. Looks like the app crashes if you don't enable location permission when selecting the search bar. Recommend you check if the permission is enable and prompt the user to enable it otherwise the Android OS will crash it as a security feature.

5 ★Searched for London and result was "sorry we couldn't find anything matching London". Doesn't matter what you enter in the search you get the same result 🤔. UPDATE: Problem fixed, no other issues.

1 ★Complete garbage - opens, and when I try to type in a city, app shuts down...... Device: BBF100-2 Version of Priority Pass: Updated in Google Play Store on Jan 28th but I can't give you specifics on version as now the app won't even open My OS - Android 8.1.0 Language - English Username - mopardartman

1 ★Awful. Very slow, sometimes non responsive and frequently crashes. The website is the same. Really poor

5 ★This app does a good job of providing location guidance to members. A step forward will be capability to check in to lounges from the app before arriving at the door and make requests for meals, shower and other conveniences so the lounge could be ready for the guest.

1 ★Created the account successfully and can't even login in app. says 'Something went wrong' all the time but weirdly enough, it let me login through forget details option but can't see any data there. Are there supposed to be cryptic clues in the app to figure out how to make it work? Please let me know
