1 ★I am in utter disbelief that this is the best app for doing an expense report for travel. This app is trash. When adding receipts i can only add photos. I'm also unable to multi-select photos so it is very easy to put the same receipt in multiple times on accident. After belaboring over the receipts, I have to enter expenses. I cannot use the many receipts however, as a reference. For entering the info. How stupid. The whole point is that the info needed is on the receipt. Disappointing.
1 ★When i first started using this app, it worked as advertised. But since the January update, I can't log in because the app "could not find the default browser." I've been forced to use the website version instead, which isn't mobile-friendly. I've followed the directions of the developers, and several updates of this software have been released. There has been no improvement. There is no reason this software should look for a specific browser just so users could log in.
1 ★I had to update and now the app just opens a mobile website in Edge. What's the point? The website is buggy as heck: calendar popups close themselves, can't scroll the frames to actually read all the text, buttons also half hidden or seemingly missing--I got stuck and going "back" just erased all my progress. I have to keep closing the keyboard to read the next box. I couldn't finish even adding a single expense. I'm on an S8.
1 ★Constant loading screens (a loading screen just to load a list of expense types) you can't take a picture of a receipt before entering an amount, as if there NEEDS to be an incredibly specific manner in which you fill out an expense, mileage won't add more than one trip per report and won't update to be a single expense if you try to combine them. I would give this zero stars. I can't believe my company is wasting money on this garbage. I can do this faster with camscanner and excel by hand
1 ★The new "integrated gallery" feature is absolutely awful. You can no longer browse different folders on the photos app... Specifically screenshots of receipts that anyone almost always accesses solely on their mobile device (like Lyft/Uber). Huge oversight in my opinion. Edit to address the developer response: I maintain there is no way to "share the screenshot with the app" as suggested on a mobile device, but welcome any guidance and proof that I'm wrong.
3 ★When it works, I have no complaints. I have lost many receipts because it shows that the app is saving them, but they disappear. I have video of this happening. It can take as far as 2 to as many as 5 times of taking the pic to actually have the app save it. Have had to use this program for the last 4 years for work. Was fine up to last year. Not sure why they changed a good thing. S9+
3 ★While it is nice to have a few of the features with you while you're on the go, the app feels very old, moves very slowly, and makes entering data very tedious. The app woild benefit greatly from a reduction in complexity - for example, it take 4-5 presses to view a receipt image. The app also doesnt cache mich of anything so every time you click through a screen or image, it has to go back to a slow server for information. Still giving three stars because it's useable, not much more.
2 ★Truly pitifully bad app. Crashes every time I attach a receipt or switch into it via multitasking. You can't use it offline (an app largely used by people TRAVELING doesn't work offline?!?). Redoing an itemization of a hotel requires one by one deleting each night and doing it all over. It's SO SLOW in its loading of everything. The list goes on. Very disappointing.
1 ★Used to be a good, simple app. Within the past month, it has turned in to complete garbage. Constantly says offline, slow, have to force close often just for it to show online, constantly have to sign out and sign right back in for expenses to show up, will clearly show uploading receipts to the receipt store but when you are forced to sign out/sign back in, the receipts are no longer there. I use this for work and it's annoying to repeatedly have to file missing receipt declarations.
2 ★In app camera is horrible (no focus, blurry, and dark), and with zero features that are needed for scanning documents (e.g., cropping and adjusting). This is the main purpose of the app and it's the worst part of it. Maybe the designers need to take a look at other document scanning apps to see how it should be done. Also, When I click on "receipt" on bottom navigation of main menu, there is no option to select from Gallery..
2 ★So slow... good time killer while waiting for food during business trips? 🙄 Crashes every time I try to attach the latest picture, summary screen doesn't refresh (amount doesn't match the total after clicking in). Straightforward enough to figure out and still good for uploading receipts on the go, but has bugs and is really slow.
1 ★It rarely works. More often than not It will not show the open reports at all! I prefer to enter receipts with the laptop and switch to the app to do the pictures of the receipts. when it works it's fine. Today again the app says there are no reports to show. So I sign out and back in and/or uninstall and reinstall until it works. Sometimes I just wait a week and then it might work. please fix this app.
