1 ★Cannot even log in after latest update in February 2021. This stupid app requires Google Chrome to be installed. I have Chromebook with integrated Chrome browser and cannot even install Google Chrome from Play Store. Other apps recognize Chrome browser on Chromebook to sign in, but Air Canada developers did not think of it. The old version was working. Now, I have to uninstall this app and use website.
1 ★What is wrong with this app..its saying there is an update but it's not working
2 ★The new app now is fairly user friendly, for the good news. The bad news is the Aeroplan store, through the app or on computer is absolutely atrocious..... I'd say you actually get your points the rest if the time yiu are tracking down air canada to get them. If it worked properly the program woukd be amazing but until then there are way better options to earn loyalty.
1 ★Do not update! You will be required to get Google Chrome with the update. You can't even sign in without it. The app was already mediocre to begin with. It wouldn't even autofill your frequent flyer number. Now it's just garbage

4 ★Edit; I am impressed with the new app. I am changing my rating to 4 stars. I look forward to using the app once we can travelling again. Worst app ever. Keeps logging me out and when I go to log in, it says my password is wrong. Stupid app.

1 ★Since the merger between Aeroplan and the Air Canada App, I can't even log in to my Aeroplan Account to check my balance. I keep getting "page cannot be found" when I try to agree to the consent page. This app sucks!
4 ★The most recent updates have helped some of the previous crashing issues. Some better integration with Aeroplan would help. The previous standalone Aeroplan app was very intuitive.
1 ★Installed the app Feb 10, 2021, 5 days after latest update which promised a seemless Aeroplan experience. Lol. Everytime I click on Aeroplan, the app closes. Waste of time.
