1 ★Can't sign in. At all. Ever. App loads a blank white page and does nothing. updating app, uninstall/reinstall, changing browsers and all sorts of other troubleshooting does nothing to improve its sign in performance. Why does it need to go to a web page? Can't it be coded to work directly in the app? I fly on all different airlines for work. This app is complete trash. The experience is always just passable. Is this the best AC can do? Sad.
1 ★It's the worst airline, my grandmother died before my flight date and in the call center they gave me different information 2 days, apart from they charged me a thousand dollars to change it, having on their page a political supposition of flight for mourning. they have played with my pain and that of my family. I could not say goodbye to her for the last time thanks to this damn airline.

5 ★The best airline APP for sure. I have had experience with many airline applications but this was by far the easiest to navigate. The itinerary they provide to you is so helpful as it details the timeline for various most-asked questions. I never have to go searching high and low for recommended time of arrival and last call for checked baggage times because the itinerary lists everything on a single page! It's such a simple change that has actually made me more inclined to book Air Canada.
2 ★Trying to link my Aeroplan account with Uber and Uber Eats but never works. Why you have a feature if that doesn't work?

3 ★Usable, however, every time I'm opening flight status with a flight inside it reloads constantly and flickers. Warning to those with epilepsy.
