5 ★UPDATE. Yes, it is fixed with update. Thanks! ------------- Was good until the update, now popup on a continuous loop asking me to use high accuracy gps location. I use power saving location because high accuracy drains the battery too much. I can't even use anymore because the popup won't let me scroll.
1 ★Requires GPS location for no good reason. Requires you to sign up to view deals, and then tells you that they require access to your current GPS location. No thanks. You don't need my high-precision physical address to know which city I am in. Update: Your response does not address my concern. You should allow us to enter approximate locations to view deals, if we do not want to share our precise location with you. There is no reason to require precise GPS location.
1 ★The recent changes to this app have made me change from a 5 star to a 1 The new gold feature glitches all my phones. I-phone to Samsung. The app also is not as easy to use and very confusing with what is premium and what is not. Been a long time fan and have probably referred over 100 people to actually downloading this app . The price for gold isnt worth twice the amount you typically save in a month. I am very displeased and I uninstalled it. Most of our favorite places are now getting off app

4 ★I bought gold, And I live in Logan Utah. I use this app a couple times a week and there are businesses that I have gone to for a first time because of the good deals on food. I HAVE saved money from buying gold.I dislike how it's a 30 day countdown for every special free item. I wish all of them would reset every month, say on the first day or from the day on which you first purchased gold. It's a problem because unless you go on the same day every month you don't get as much bang for your buck.
5 ★(Edited) update, I dont know what I did but it was fixed. As far as my phone its an LG V30 so that the devs can have some insight as to maybe what happened so it wont happen to anyone else. Updated to 5 stars bc the deals are great and its all working, plus devs seem good about trying to work out issues (thanks yall)
1 ★The new version is broken and doesn't go past the splash screen. Edit: this problem has been fixed. Appreciate the responsiveness of the developer to these issues. Edit #2: After checking back in on this app, it seems like you need to pay money for many deals that were once free.
1 ★Used to be awesome. Now the good deals are only available if you pay for the gold plan which negates the savings for an average user. The free deals arent worth anything. All my favorite restaurants stopped using the app when they switched to making it a paid membership service.
1 ★Their new gold service has rendered their app essentially useless. This app is useful in my town but now that you have to pay to get the same deals I don't see why I'll continue to use this app. I've been using this app for about two years and before the recent gold service I loved it, our town has other services like valupak that offer the same deals but having the app was useful. I will unfortunately will be no longer using this app though.
5 ★Hooked is my favorite food/drink app. In Fort Collins we have so many restaurants and it's so hard to decide where to go to eat and get amazing drinks. Hooked is always there to help my friends and family make that decision. There are discounts all over town and I have tried out so many amazing places just because of Hooked. I save countless dollars every month and engage with places I was too stubborn to try in the past. I have gotten "hooked" so many times and I absolutely love it!
1 ★Used to be great for deals, now with the new registration, it's broken. Password reset emails get caught by spam filter. Gmail flags the links as suspicious. Choosing a new password results in generic error message of no help with what the actual problem is. Not worth my time. Uninstalled.
