2 ★Accidentally deleted my review, but the gist was, the app often doesn't keep proper track of your shopping and missing cashback is now the norm, not the exception. Every order after April 1 didn't show and I've had to contact Rakuten to get any of the app-promised cashback. Rakuten reply was to contact them and they were some help. BUT be prepared to keep track of ALL your shopping info, even though that's what the APP is supposed to be doing.
1 ★This app has basically become worthless. When clicking on offers it never opens the apps for the corresponding companies and instead takes me to web pages that require me to go look up usernames and passwords to sign in and after I do so I never get credit for anything I do on the site. Completely dysfunctional. The app was much better years ago when it actually worked now it's a complete waste of time.

1 ★Sometimes it work but most of the time it doesn't. Takes a while for customer service to get back to you. They'll credit the small purchases to your account but for the big purchases... I lost out on multiple rebates because somehow the app didn't link to the website.
2 ★Could you please allow users to use their own browsers? Using the in-app browser for checkout on websites makes it SO much harder to complete the checkout process since it's not compatible with any of the autofill functions (or GPay) that's built in to my browser.
4 ★Between using rakuten since the early Ebates days. I love it. My only gripe is that, unlike desktop version, it stars but automatically run in browser so you have to remember to open it before your go to any site and load your cart up. If you open after, you have to re-do your selections to put items in the cart again

The page is forever nonresponsive regardless of the store I am searching. I still utilize the app but my lord it really takes all the patience reserves to not drop my phone in disgust when using this app.

1 ★been using it for a while but lately i am having an issue ...sometime i use the app to get cashback on walmart app and it does not go thru this was like third time happening Ok i am tired of this app ..i have it as extension on my laptop and for several times,i am not getting any cash back.emailed customer service and they said it i may be ad blocker getting in the way(was never a problem before ).so i kept disabling the ad blocker and i still do not see my cash back on a $1000 purchase
1 ★I was suppose to get a bonus of $30 for spending $30 or more plus a 15% of my purchase which I ended up spending about $40 and they only credited me $2.85 . I have constantly been sending emails for them to fix my account and they keep ignoring my messages. Horrible app! I DONT recommend .
