故事從一場爆炸案開始
國家慶典前一天，首相突然失蹤了，與他最後接觸的安全局長邱啟賢於是成了嫌疑犯。邱啟賢的女兒、同樣為安全局一員的邱默語為了替父親洗刷冤屈，帶著首相女兒艾心至「龍門城寨」，希望能找到證據替證明父親清白。
邱默語的青梅竹馬周懷安原在國外受訓，為此趕回國同樣到了「龍門城寨」。城寨的主人金湘玉，一個風騷多情身上充滿秘密的女人，加上西區警探小刀，這四人聚首於「龍門城寨」，將發展出一段愛恨情仇。
