支給するタイミングについて

交通費と宿泊費を支給させていただいた場合について
交通費と宿泊費の支払い対象外の地域(東京都・千葉県・神奈川県・埼玉県)から面接にお越しいただいた場合には、10万円を全額お支払いします。そして、上記以外の地方のから来られた場合、面接時に交通費と宿泊費の支給を必要とされる方につきましては、10万円とその金額との差額を支給とさせていただきます。
例示しますと次のようになります。お住まいの鹿児島より東京へ移動し、弊社を通じて2泊3日の面接を受ける場合には往復で新幹線または飛行機代(高速バス代)とビジネスホテルの宿泊費にかかる実費の33,000円を弊社より支払わせていただきます。そして、10万円との差額の67,000円をお支払いします。 交通費を安く抑えて入社祝い金の金額を多くするために、なるべく割安な高速バスのご利用をお願いしています。
