1 ★I would be very careful before renting through RVezy. I will not be renting through them again. I was charged $100 for a lost remote, when I did not lose the remote and in fact had sent in a picture of it as part of the closing checklist. In addition, I discovered that when a dispute is filed, you cannot leave a review for the owner of the RV. This makes me uncomfortable renting from RVezy again, as the reviews are one-sided and don’t include negative experiences where a dispute is filed.
1 ★Terrible app and website full of glitches! Don't be fooled by this fake 4.6 review! It's a very badly designed app and I spend over 2 hours trying to book a rv and creating an account with glitches the whole way. Even the phone support team couldn't help asking me to bother other people to try to set up the accounts.
1 ★No ability to search for brands, models etc. I want to rent a few options to decide which to buy but instead have to just scroll through endless listings that I don't need. Uninstalled.
5 ★This App is wonderful. Super easy to filter the RV Type you want to rent. Sketches of the RVs are helpful to differentiate the various classes of RVs A, B, etc from 5th wheel. Further options to filter by price, guests, amenities. Very user friendly.
5 ★It was a great experience. All we had to do was bring our food. The camper was comfortable and spacious, and Kyle was fantastic to deal with! I would highly recommend using him if you ever want to try camping in style on PEI! 👍👍👍👍👍

5 ★I found RVEZY and immediately booked 2 RVs. I admit, I was a little nervous about the amount of damage deposit collected and how it was to be returned. But now that I've gone through the process once, I know I have nothing to worry about. Communication is fantastic and the site is straight forward and user friendly.
1 ★Worst app/ service I've ever used. So glitchy and zero help from their support team. I'm beyond frustrated app crashes any time I try to view my booking details. They also took our deposit $1000 twice.
1 ★I've booked a trip with them for this aaugust and everything was going well. My final payment was scheduled for today, July 7th. They charged my card yesterday out of nowhere. This is a small mistake but I was pretty mad. I emailed to complain and they're treating me like it's my fault for not expecting the payment. They violated the payment agreement and they don't care. I have a 1 year old and my financial are meticulously planned out, they could have caused serious problems. During a pandemic
1 ★I have verified my info 5 times now to get my listing going g and it still doesn't work. Now I'm locked out and says my email address is invalid. I have been working on this for 30 days at this point, so it's definitely not user friendly.
1 ★Joke of an app, the day I went to pickup rv the app crashes and I couldn't do an inspection...the rv was unusable due to a intense chemical smell. Then I go file a report and it doesn't work. Not even sure if I'll get my reimbursement because it's just up to the owners to issues one. This is ridiculous.
