1 ★Was my favorite app but now the filters don't work. It still shows we cars I don't want to see. And on top of it some of the cars are already sold. It don't match the website. Sucks I been using this app for years.
1 ★This app WAS always great and served as my research go-to for finding cars. Now with the update it's not allowing any searching whatsoever. It errors out saying "cannot load content" when attempting to select a make since the redesign. Please address the issue soon!
1 ★Wow! What the heck did you guys do? It was working perfect for the longest time , now nothing. Your team should be reverting back to the old version. This was on my home page and checked daily, now I have to uninstall. Looks at everyone's post. You've done a disservice. Please fix
1 ★This has been one of the best vehicle search tools over the years, this last update completely went the other way. It wont even work properly on my phone now and looks cumbersome to even use. And where are the reviews of the cars??!!!
1 ★My experience was so bad I thought this was a gag app. First it said my zip code wasn't real. Then every time I tried to change one of the search criteria, the ones I'd already set reset. A lot of them stayed grayed out and I couldn't modify them.
1 ★This last update trashed the app. The filer functions don't work or aren't available. I've even gone as far as selecting specific models of vehicles to look at, and will still be shown ones that I haven't selected. I'll give it a week or 2 and if they don't fix the issues, I'll be deleting the app
5 ★Man, what happened? You removed features from the app including sorting options in the saved cars. It's not even working for me, I can't even look for cars now as it says no results for any car. How can an update be released without testing it? UAT is very important.
1 ★App since last update shows cars that were sold over a month ago still available. Is not synced to current account data including not having any seaved searches saved in the last 45ish days or any recently save vehicles. Worst you can't opt out of the beta and basically have to use the website through a browser instead.
2 ★Way too frustrating at the moment! The app won't even let me click on the make and model of the car I want. Please fix this bug ASAP! This used to be one of my favorite car searching apps until the last update happened
2 ★New update fail. After the redesign, saved searches are no long correct, and every bloody day it sends me a bogus notification. This app has always been very notification-happy, but this is obnoxious and a downgrade.
1 ★Update made everything worse. Poor UX design and forethought, poor QA of features working, poor everything. I would say the update must have been made by interns, but interns could have done better than this poor excuse for an app refresh.
1 ★What have you done to this perfectly usable app?!?!😬 This update is a disaster.....you can't enter search terms, such as "adaptive M suspension" or the like, which can greatly assist in narrowing your search. I wish I had not updated it...I'm going have to look for a better app.
