1 ★Pretty much SAME AS MOST can't connect, if by some miracle they do they connect buffering starts and yep "firmware can not be updated". Customer support is as bad as these bulbs, wanted me to "send picture of the box"????? Picture of box will no doubt fix FIRMWARE problem. What a joke. Will never buy again or recommend these bulbs to anyone
1 ★Last review seems to have been deleted for some reason so I'm lowering my rating. App could definitely be better, I have to restart the app every time I want to change the lights settings. The "Daylight" color is set at 4100k and as a cinematographer this is very wrong it should be at 5600k, and 2200k should be yellow not orange. Would be great to be able to pair this with alarms on my phone. Can't remove saved light colors, can't make custom multi color light modes. Unacceptable for a $16 bulb
1 ★Useless. I have 4 lightbulbs and NONE of them will connect to even complete the set up. I've tried both Android and Apple devices with no luck. Was hoping for a more economical alternative to the Hue line for my children but these aren't it. What an absolute waste of time and money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
2 ★Don't mess up like i did, not worth your time nor money. Buy a different brand these really are horrible. Always a pain and hassle to turn on since they always disconnect. Update your crappie bulbs WiZ! I have paid over 200.00 in total for dumb lights that don't properly work. Well HD does have that good return policy. Store credit is just what i need to move onto a better brand. What a joke...
1 ★Phillips makes WIZ and HUE smart bulbs and devices. These two devices are non compatible and should not be used in close proximity to each other. *Hue needs and connects to a bridge/Hue hub, which connects to your home router. *Wiz connects directly to your WiFi router and does not need a hub. This should be easily and clearly understood when purchasing these devices! Therefore Phillips sucks and is expensive. Innr bulbs are just and good and cost less.
5 ★The service was amazing! I was having problems with my light and when I was texting the support person they were so nice and they never gave up on my problem! If you are experiencing a problem with your light it's probably because your door isn't open ok well either way great light and I love it for my room.
2 ★The lights are great when they connect to the app but i have to keep going in and out of the app to try and get the lights to work. I guess you get what you pay for should have saved up and just went with Hue lights.
2 ★When they work they're great. When they don't, it's a nightmare. Changed scheduled event on the lights, lights still operate off of the old scheduled event and not the new one. Delete scheduled event, lights still operate off what the scheduled event was, even though the event has been deleted. Now the lights are just doing whatever they want, but not what they are supposed to be doing.
1 ★Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE BULBS. They worked fine for about 2 mmonths. Now I have about 30 bulbs that will not connect to the wifi no matter what you do. Customer support is just automated messages sending you to a help article. Over and over. I put in a new bulb never used and it connected so I know it isn't related to my wifi. Currently buying different bulbs. What a freaking joke. And I thought buying Phillips bulbs would be smart.
1 ★My phone froze during an update and it had to have a system restart, restarting everything. The only thing that won't is the WiZ light bulbs it won't connect to me and I even tried making an account and getting it that way but nothing is working so it sucks to give it one stars but I emailed them and they still haven't gotten in back to me.
1 ★** HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking reviews online before using this product & app!! ** !! BE WARY!! I'm about to install an antivirus app now. I'm pretty sure my phone has been hacked! Watch for blinking lights & havin to reinstall. When connecting via wifi, you're not protected!! No encryption!! Allows anyone right in!! & The colors in the app don't match the colors of the bulbs. For a lot of the colors. I've tried diff bulbs. Tried diff light fixtures. Re-installed. Nothin'. Get a different product!
1 ★Barely works. Schedules don't work. Lights constantly going 'undetected' and cannot be controlled from app without frequently exiting the app and restarting it. We have very strong and clear wifi with other smart home apps working just fine. WiZ is the only one with issues.
