4 ★An easy to use app at it's most basic, but a little bit more difficult to set up schedules. Always connected, never had a problem so far - also works well with our amazon dot. Best of all, I can remotely see when my wife has turned the heating up, so I can then turn it back down without her knowing. 😁
4 ★So I love my new valves so much I bought the weather station too. Simply cause your promos make it sound the interaction between them were better. The true temperature of the room is not represented on the valve since my radiators gets really hot but doesn't spread the heat very well. So you have the option to set a value that shows the correct temperature manually. But why on Earth not use the temperature values of my indoor weather station??? It's mind boggling you are not giving us this option to show the actual temperature of the room on the valve from the weather station. Please make it happen. I can't understand how on Earth this is not a standard.
4 ★Good phone app that works with Netatmo base unit. The only problem I had was that the batteries died but this did not show on the thermostat or the app. It was only when I replaced the batteries then put the"old" back in that the unit displayed the low battery symbol. Also even though the batteries were dead the display on the thermostat and app did not fade. I found this confusing.
4 ★Took a little faffing to get it set up, but connecting up to google home was easy. Beats the other smart thermostats available.
3 ★The app would benefit from better automation, like automatically going to away mode when leaving house. It's not possible to set temperature in landscape mode, it keeps showing graph instead while in landscape which is a major inconvenience for me. There are in app advertisements for company's products. Otherwise the app is well designed and quite reliable.
5 ★Just what I wanted. Am able to control each room radiator to the temperature and at the time I want and not heating unused rooms. Scheduling controls has lots of flexibility with override facility whenever you want on each thermostat. I've got 9 smart thermostats installed for 2 years now. Need 2xAA battery changed on each when app warns you- just started changing mine now.
5 ★The app itself is great - all the features I need are there. There used to be a bug with poor connection from the relay - it often took a couple of restarts of the app until the connection was established - but it seems to have been fixed. I no longer experience the issue. Overall - a solid app for a great product.
1 ★It says "relay cannot join termostat" But termostat is actually connected to relay, I am able to control temperature by using termostat and schedule but it doesn't show the room temperature and it also doesn't allow me the control temperature from App. If I need to increase the temperature I have to go to schedule and change. It is a bug in the app.
4 ★Excellent system and the app does work but requires a bit more debugging (titles of pages are out of the screen's boundaries) and much more effort on UX/copy! I found it really hard for example to find whether I can setup my system so that the valves decide when the boiler goes on (instead of the thermostat)
4 ★I like the multiple shedule possibility but it sad that the temperature set are define in each schedule. So if I want to change my comfort temperature in one room I have to go trough each schedule. The communication is sometime not stable with the valve. As improvement: I would like to be able to activate a temperature set (comfort, night...)in one clic or with voice like a temporary manuel boost but for full house.
5 ★This app needs a bit of UI love and modernization but works great as is now.
1 ★Still one star... Thermostat starts overheating since a while now, passing the set temperature without turning off. Which is very dangerous seen I have one in the newborn baby room. Moreover it neglects the set program and randomly changes the temp, so the whole system starts heating and the above issue arises. It still is missing a geofence, interface isnt very intuitive. In short, you can see this comes from France... Design over functions
