1 ★I used to love this app, because its easier to watch some video contents from artists i love. And now, when I tried to open, it didn't work. So, I uninstalled the app and download again but unfortunately it will not open. It always says "A temporary error has occured." Please do fix this bugs to prevent any error issues. I missed the Live Broadcast of BTS because of the errors!! pls. fix it asap, I might change the star rate when it fix.
1 ★It's been a while since i last used this since 2017 when i last used this since many things happened updates the app kinda changed it's also slow when it loads videos even though i am patiently waiting i hope it gets fixed u can't watch the videos even when my connection is just working fine..
3 ★I have to refresh the app multiple times for the ads to actually play and start the video. Sometimes that doesn't work so I end up not using the app for several hours before it starts working again :(
2 ★Lately I can't play any video because the ads isn't playing. Everytime I try to play video the it only says ads will appear soon but it wasn't playing. I even tried to reinstall the app and clear it's data but that didn't help at all. Please fix the app.
1 ★Can't use it I was trying to watch a v live but it was stated that it will start after the ads I was waiting for the ads for.how many minutes but no one appeared I tried to uninstalled it and install another one but.it was just the same cant play any video even random videos can someone tell me what to do ? 4 ★I love this app so much! However had no one ever suggested the heart button be movable to the left side of the screen? For left-handed people maybe.. And maybe the videos can be organized by folders or something? As the app is not only for live broadcasts but uploaded contents too.
1 ★When I first downloaded it, it was okay, it was immediately notified me when my idols were live, but after a while, I was only notified when they finished the live.
4 ★I absolutely love the app. the one Star that I left white is for the following. picture in picture. the settings should all be good for pip to be allowed. yet it doesn't work. I have an oppo phone with the newest ios. I'm not exactly sure when the issue started but I'm pretty sure it was around the time I got this phone. I'm not sure if it's an issue with my phone. but pip settings are all allowed. I realy miss the pop up screen it used to give me.
3 ★I'm having trouble to log in through LINE. It says loggin successful, 3 seconds later a notification pops out saying Login failed (line-0). I dont want to create a new account just for that. Please solve this problem.
3 ★This is good app. We can interact with our idols but the only problem is that there are no subtitles during live session. Like I'm a non Korean so it's difficult for me to understand what my idols are talking.
3 ★This is for the team to know that in the beginning it was flawless but nearly since two three days the app is too slow to use which is invading user experience basically... It should be uninterrupted but what's happening is too much of loading, pausing,.. in the video.. the flow and excitement of watching our favourite k-pop stars is getting disturbed which ultimately is annoying and frustrating to wait for video to load again and again. Please check this and Take action in this aspect ASAP!
3 ★I really love vlive, but since two months I didn't get any notifications for anything, which is really sad because I wanna support the smaller groups that I stan. I've checked the in-app and device settings multiple times, but it did not change, I never changed anything and it worked very well before, I'm pretty sure this a problem with the app and not my phone, I've also checked all the other reviews which said the same thing, the team gave the same answers for everyone, which weren't helpful.
