5. 중복 매물은 그만!
중복 매물이 그룹핑 적용되어 이제 한눈에 매물 가격과 중개사를 비교해볼 수 있습니다.
6. 관심지역, 관심단지, 관심매물만 쉽게 모아보는 MY 부동산 홈
살고 싶은 지역과 단지, 매물을 발견했다면 '관심지역', ‘관심단지’, ‘관심매물’로 등록해 보세요. 이렇게 등록한 정보는 '부동산 홈'에서 최신 매물, 시세, 실거래가 정보를 언제나 모아서 볼 수 있습니다. 단, PC에서는 관심지역은 연동되지 않습니다. (추후 지원 예정)
7. 알림으로 더 좋은 매물 발견
원하는 조건의 매물을 매번 하나하나 찾는 것이 번거롭다면 “매물 알림” 기능을 활용해 보세요. 내가 설정한 조건의 매물이 등록되면 네이버앱으로 Push 알림을 받아 볼 수 있습니다.
