5 ★This app worked great, now when i try to login, it says "network is abnormal, try again later. I contacted snap and they walk me through a solution to fix the issue . They were very polite and got me answers quickly.

3 ★Good but new firmware 2.3.9 is only an inconvenience . It introduces that cheap sounding voice instructions that cannot be turned off and if my light is turned on the first thing it tells out is +"internet connected" great for covert security . Not. Change it or least make an on off option

1 ★It does NOT log it to the device. This is a waste of money paging for an expensive device where its app is not functional. Damm

1 ★Camera is down for a long time due to Sengled system offline/down. There should be at least some announcement or notification? If the app isn't working, your camera and light bulb stops too. Bad news for people who rely on it daily.

2 ★Having issues with connection to internet. After working just dropped out and now can't reconnect saying check internet connection but everything else working and internet strong. Seems a lot of other people having same issue. Would not recommend this product.

1 ★I had a trash can knocked over and can't find the video footage, one video it's upright and the next it's turned over and I can't see why this is a terrible surveillance app

3 ★I just added another camera to my house and it won't come online at all. First camera works. Second camera is linked and has wifi strength, but it automatically shuts the camera off, even after manually setting. I uninstalled and reinstalled app, no help.

2 ★Doesn't allow you to paste a password from a password manager. Makes it very hard to use a strong password.

1 ★Terrible customer service support. I was told that they were updating the app to fix the issue of not staying logged in, but they simply lied to me. They never fixed or updated anything. Very disappointed.

3 ★would be perfect if the lights came on when motion is detected like a normal sensor. Don't actually understand why it wouldn't? Please fix! Otherwise great, love pre setting lighting times also...

1 ★Motion detect is not set up to trigger the spotlight?? Surely an app update can fix this. I can watch people break into my car but not deter them by the spot light when movement detected. Fail!!
